They are reliable and I am satisfied with their service. My car broke down and initially I asked Progreesive to find a towing company for me since I had roadside assistance coverage. I waited 5 hours and nobody showed up, and finally I gave up and searched for towing service myself. Jonny's towing arrived quickly after I called them, and later on they provided me with receipt so I was able to get reimbursed from Progressive. I would definitely recommend them.

I was in town for a wedding and my cousin car stop out no where, called Jonny's towing and were there quickly and vey friendly and helpful. I got to say a phenomenal customer service. He also waited while someone came to pick me up.
