I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Jazzmine. And I must say she was an absolute pleasure to meet. I was discouraged from using this company from another bad experience but Jazzmine quickly changed my mind. I spoke with her about a rental back in de December and I told her exactly what I wanted and didn’t and she delivered accurately. I now have my own place and it’s beyond beautiful. When you go there make sure you ask for Jazzmine she is wonderful and gets things done !!!!❤️

In May I moved in to one of their rental properties 1007 N 3rd Street. Issues discovered within the first week of living there. A leaking shower, broken dishwasher, broken shower handle, black mold, rodents, and bugs.
Within a month the third-floor ceiling had black mold on it. I asked the property manager to perform a mold inspection and was denied. Their repair person ended up cutting it out possibly releasing more spores. It was determined the cause of the mold was roof leak.
Another leak was initiated when their repair person was repairing the second-floor shower handle. After the "repair

The absolute worst builders. Would never buy anything from them again. Punch list items after settlement well over a year before addressed. Try getting them to come and finish anything, what a mess. If you made the mistake of buying and can’t back out, do not settle before everything is complete. Community common area projects unfinished over a year after promised. Months of emails and calls with no response. Safety concerns? They don’t care. Buy from anyone else. Ask anyone at Liberty Square in Northern Liberties, or just walk through and see the mess yourself.

The Leasing Team at PRDC properties- Zack, Shawntay, and Jerry have been so helpful in answering my countless questions as I prepared to move back to Philly from North Carolina; I'm excited to experience the Residences at The Transatlantic Building in North Liberties.

Have been living in a PRDC apartment for almost 2 years now, and have been nothing but happy about my time here! Every employee I've interacted with has been great to us. Shawntay is always willing to go above and beyond to make tenants happy, and ensures needs and requests are answered timely. Would recommend PRDC to anyone searching for an apartment in Philadelphia.

Unfortunately, PRDC is not a company I’d recommend for your new home purchase. My husband and I have been under contract since June 2018 and are still waiting for our home to be completed. Our settlement date was supposed to be March 2019, however, we found out in August that our home was the last slated for completion in Phase 1 despite the fact we were the first buyers. No one communicated this to us and when we asked, we were never given an honest answers or a revised settlement date. Additionally, the point person for the company is extraordinary rude and unprofessional. He shows absolutely

Do not buy any properties from these builders. There work is unbelievably bad. I watched them build the apartments at liberty square near 5th and spring garden. The basement retaining walls collapsed while they were pouring the foundations. They quickly repaired it and covered it up so nobody would know it was an issue. In my particular unit, everything was installed and finished as cheaply as possible. Light fixtures popping out of the ceiling. Window frames are being forced out of the wall from the house settling. Sewage pipes backed up outside. Walls have one coat of paint over bare drywall

Shawntay and Chloe are responsive and helpful, don't get me wrong. However, I lived in the Lincoln (1222 Locust) and found the PRDC Properties rental division to have terrible management. The manager Robert Bricker literally ignored e-mails, texts, phone calls, and pretended to be busy when I walked into their office at 740 Sansom even though I saw him walk past the front desk when I arrived. The Lincoln building has a nice showroom look when you tour, but the quality is not great. The video intercom never works. The towel racks in the bathrooms weren't hung properly, so they fall down. The windows

Do not consider buying or renting a property from PRDC unless you want constant headaches from the beginning. My wife and I bought a house from PRDC at Regent Row almost a year ago and still have unaddressed issues from our punch list and items that have not been addressed (drywall separating from wall, cracked stairs, rusting back porch, etc.). See attached pics for examples.
There’s a reason most of the five star reviews are from current or previous employees..

I live in a PRDC owned apartment. Their management staff is unprofessional and does not get the job done when asked the first time.
My sink was clogged and the garbage disposal did not work. It took SEVERAL DAYS for them to get someone to come fix it. For such a high rent, you’d expect they would be prompt about maintenance requests - but they are the complete opposite.
Also, the finishes look nice but are just cheap materials. The panel on the dishwasher fell off a few months in. The ceiling has chips in its paint. When we moved in, the microwave clock was broken, video intercom didn’t work
