We started Ella Eyes in Houston, TX with one goal in mind. That goal has always been to provide our patients with all the assistance they need to keep their eyes healthy. In pursuit of that goal, we at Ella Eyes have continually work to improve the way we serve our patients. It's a continuing process that we have dedicated ourselves to.
Originally from Columbia, Missouri, Bethani moved down to Houston in late July. She has 1.5 years of experience as an optician and enjoys helping patients find the right frames for their face shapes and personalities. She enjoys staying up to date with current trends and assisting people in updating their frames!

Excellent service!! I never thought I'd have such an awesome visit, getting contacts for the first time. Didn't think they could fit me into some that actually worked. Dr. Ngo, and her staff got me right!!! I can see better than ever. Very professional, and efficient. She also explained so much, about being healthy. Dr. Ngo is knowledgeable, patient, detailed & really took time to work with me and explain my overall vision health. She helped me choose some frames, and endulged my preference for a particular lab.

I am a very long-time patient of Dr. Ngo, and I have a lot of eye issues. I have a serious dry eye problem, and my cataracts are growing, causing my vision to continue to deteriorate, until they are ready to be removed. I am constantly in her office for eye infections. For a time I ignorantly had lash extensions, causing my lids to be infected and all my lashes to fall out!!! She personally and meticulously saw me through this trauma and made a lash serum available to me, which made my lashes grow back longer than before. I have been to a few eye doctors and this is by far the best experience I have had.
Dr. Ngo is very friendly and very thorough in the examination. This is the first time I was aware of the blood vessels in my eyes and how they show salt level intakes etc.
The glasses on view are great and David and the rest of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the exam process and the different types of eyewear.
I plan to introduce everyone I know to this establishment.

My experience here has been less then acceptable. I scheduled an appointment to get my annual eye exam. Dr Ngo is wonderful and very good at what she does. It's her customer service reps that are awful. First, after I finished my exam, one of the reps charged me $174 for the exam. The exam is only $130. When I inquired about the added costs, i found out that I was charged for items that I declined (i.e. in depth pictures of my eye, dilation of my eyes, etc.). I asked for those charges to be removed and was treated like I was breaking the law. Sorry, but i don't want the extra, unnecessary
