Lady was stranded in middle of road was waiting for tow truck. My boyfriend and I stopped to make sure her and her kids were okay another guy showed up and pulled her to the parking lot to the tesla charging station. Tow truck company finally showed up after the job was almost completed and first thing he did was say woah woah she can't go anywhere I need my money. Very unprofessional. Very disrespectful. Would think they would ask if they were okay and what else if anything he can help with but instead said I need my 95 dollars. And went on to say her transmission would be messed up and he would

We ended working with this company three times today (unlucky day) but they were prompt and professional each time. Moving across the country is stressful without things going wrong so it’s nice when someone knowledgeable shows up when they do. Special shout out to Greg who helped us twice and was so kind and courteous both times. What an asset he is!

These guys are the best!! My camper lost a wheel on I-75 in Dayton on March 24. I called AAA and they send Englewood out to tow me to Gander RV for repair. You driver was the best ever!!! He was so careful getting the camper on the flatbed, and even more so in carefully taking it off. He was very concerned about getting off and not doing any damage to it. He worked with the RV guys to safely get it off. Thank you, Thank you.

This was my first time getting my car towed and it was a great experience if i do say so myself. His name was Tiny & when he got to the scene he saw i was already distraught from the accident. And he assured me that he was gonna do everything he could & to try not to make too much damage to the car. He was so nice & sweet about it. I’d defiantly recommend them & do business with them if ever needed.
