This is a terrible place to live and Taylor is a terrible person to deal with. Wondering why management company would ever hire someone who doesn’t work and is so rude. She never answers the phone or returns phone calls, and doesn’t seem to care at all about tenants concerns. I sold my home and moved here to be closer to family. Was hoping this apartment would be a good one since I’m so old and it takes a lot out of me to move again, but I suppose I’ll have to do that. Can’t wait until my lease is up here, certainly won’t be renewing.

I've lived here for 10 months and love the place! Its quiet and the office always makes sure we have what we need. It took some getting use to because who has valet trash! We do! Also recycle at an apartment complex! I love it here. Through the pandemic they have been great and make sure that we were still able to get things fixed or anything else needed. These apartments are pretty new so no big things needed a filter or smoke alarm batteries but other than that perfect apartment!

The best apartment I had so far. Neighbors are not too loud. They have decoration on their front porch/patios which make it look so homey. The apartment walls are not thin, so you cannot hear people from the other side and expect that you’ll have a big space! Big windows which make my plants happy! Big kitchen space, even for their one bedroom. For maintenance request, they’ll definitely help you out with it right away and it’s best to text or email them because most of the time, they can’t answer phone calls. Taylor is the only one in the office (due to covid). And then there’s the bark

I don’t know why everyone says the office isn’t responsive. I have always gotten a call, text, or email return from Taylor and her staff. I’ve lived here for a few years and maintenance is fast and I haven’t had any issues. The pool is really nice, parking is fine but I also have a garage. Overall a great place to live.

Went in for a tour today! Taylor was Awesome, friendly, and very helpful! i had a look at all reviews before i stopped by and was not sure if i wanted to lease here. I'm glad i came for a tour cant believe every thing you read. Taylor was so nice and sweet answered all my question and concern with out being frustrated like other leasing agents. property is beautiful, nice, and clean. i will definitely be applying here Thank you Taylor for making me feel at home.

I love estate villas. the grounds are beautiful and the apartments are spacious, and I want to live in Krum (close to family). But I feel sorry for anyone who wants to live here. The Manager Taylor Rasor has absolutely no ethical standards and she lies about everything. As a matter of fact I'm not sure she know the difference between the truth and a lie. She doesn't answer the phone because she having problems with the phone company, she doesn't return messages because she having trouble with the answering service, she can't get the gate fixed for months because shes having trouble with the gate

I’ve had friends who lived here in previous years and was really looking forward the possibility of moving here. However, every time I’ve tried to call the office, no one answers and I’ve been trying for weeks. I even tried showing up last week two days in a row and the office was closed for some reason? I’m not really sure why but if this is a sign of things to come, I don’t think I’ll be moving here.
