Just moved in over the weekend and the place is very nice and looks great. A very quiet and clean community. Miss Teri in the office was very nice and quite helpful getting my wife and I set up for move in. My only issue so far is with our A/C unit. It doesn't reach the temp setting on the thermostat and is always running, no matter what temp we set it at (68-75 degrees). It's always a degree or three above set temp no matter what that temp is. Office staff is saying that we are expecting too much from the unit, but I've never experienced this in any place I've lived in before. Shouldn't we be

When this apartment was owned by our previous owners, there was never a bother if I needed help with something. There was this beyond nice woman named Adriana that left because of the price increase in rent. She was always the sweetest person, and never made you feel like a bother to ask for help. Calling this new staff is the absolute worse feeling. They have the BIGGEST attitude each time I speak with them, regardless of who it is & it makes me regret signing the lease for another year. Went there today for a tour of a 1 bed 1 bath apartment. Within 5 minutes of sitting down I was informed that the price of the apartment would be more than the quoted price that I received from them. When I tried to make an argument, I was immediately (rudely, mind you) informed that because I didn't apply, that the price THEY quoted me, was null and void. This, all before I even tried to tour the apartment.

Living here is horrible. The new people who bought the property treat the residence so badly. Today they send a last minute message saying they're pressure washing all our porches without consent. I just watched them blast our poor neighbors stuff ruining it. These people are horrible monsters. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Nice family friendly complex, but parking is a nightmare. There's next to no uncovered (read: included in rent) parking. Therefore, if you aren't working a typical 9-to-5 then you're going to need to shell out for a reserved covered space. On weekends, parking for non-covered spaces seems frequently filled by non-resident guests, leaving residents without parking and forcing them to attempt parking in the park across the street or in the nearby residential streets. Parking problem needs to be addressed or altered in some way. There's frequently plenty of vacant covered spaces, and I'd say they

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about two weeks now and we absolutely love it! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They really take care of their residents here. Cooper glen also keeps me notified with important information and communicates very well if there is ever an issue. The environment is awesome, and I feel very safe being here. Our apartment was very well maintained and clean when we arrived as well. Overall, I’m having a great experience here, absolutely love it!!!
