I loved it here unfortunately I moved into my forever home this was the perfect place for me and my family we enjoyed the whole property and location it was not near any busy streets and the property is well kept I never had to wait for maintenance to fix anything and the property manager always was so kind and helpful especially around the pandemic we had if I could we would for sure go back.

Worst place to live in! We had mold in the bathroom, the kitchen, and on the floors as well as years of dust collected in the air vents and air filters. This made us sick to where I was vomiting constantly until we moved. Not to mention that they kept my deposits in order to clean up the mold. Would not recommend this place at all.

Moved from California to attend UTA. As a student price was a huge factor for me. Upon research Denton North was on top of my list. The price is wonderful. My only concern was what to expect. After several phone conversations with the office staff " made me feel positive" also helped the manager sent me a video via text. I am happy with my decision the apartment is exactly what I needed. the property is very well kept and the office staff responds quick to any of my questions and are very helpful. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 100%

I recommend this place to anyone one looking for an apartment. I have just signed my 2nd lease. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the maintenance is fast and good, and the property is always clean. This is my 3rd apartment in my lifetime so I know what I am talking about. Anyone looking for an apartment definitely must try Denton North Apartments.

When we originally moved in, we asked for a first floor apartment because I was wheelchair bound at the time. The door is like a foot off the ground. I only left the house for doctors appointments during that. Maintenance and management gave us zero notice when they cleaned an apartment near us. We got fumed out of the apartment. There's still a residual smell. They're probably never going to fix the gates, making them pretty much useless. They finally reopened the clubhouse, I'm not 100% sure how long it was closed, but I've been here longer than a year. The rooms are spacious though. And it's

These apartments are nice. The people in the office are nice and it's budget friendly as well :) Still pretty new so still getting used to the area. The university is super close! And there's a lot to do in the area. If you have kids, then check out the North Lakes Rec Center nearby! It's awesome and my son loves the park there :)

I use to love living here, but the manager carol really upset me. I had a neighbor who lived above me who would cause problems with me that she never resolved like she said. That neighbor would stuff his garbage disposal and flood my apartment (have pics and videos) she never took care of that as well. Then a water pipe busted outside and gnats swarmed my apartment cause they left a huge hole outside my apartment when they claimed they fixed the flooding from my upstairs neighbor. Had the health department come to my house and they even said I had mold in my ceiling. She never fixed that problem
