Services
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Dr. Fritz attended the University of Maryland Dental School for his dental degree. He then completed a Dental Medicine Residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and earned his certificate in orthodontics from Albert Einstein Medical Center. Since 2000, Dr. Fritz has been delivering the highest standard of orthodontic care for patients in and around Rockville, Maryland.
Along with the American Association of Orthodontists, we recommend that a child receive their first orthodontic screening by age 7. Screening and treating, if necessary, at an early age allows us to catch potential problems at their onset and correct them before they become more serious. This saves time and money!

Dr. Fritz is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about what he does, and runs a wonderful practice. You know you will be in good hands and treated well.
But most importantly, he's just an all-around nice guy.
Orthodontic care is not necessary something you want to need, but if you do, Dr. Fritz is the guy!

CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!!! From the minute we stepped into the office until the moment we left, our experience was SO positive. Dr. Fritz and his entire team are not only knowledgeable but you can tell they genuinely care. Dr. Fritz even said a couple of times that he would look at my daughters treatment plan just like he did w/ his own children and I love that he is conservative when thinking about treatment options. I called for a couple of follow up items and they were friendly, quick and just so courteous. As a busy parent, the office staffs promptness was just so helpful.

We couldn't be happier with Dr Fritz and his entire staff! He is wonderful with kids and parents. Creative in his approach for difficult cases and the staff is always helpful to try to get you an appointment if it's an emergency. I can't recommend this practice highly enough. We have had some less than stellar experiences at other ortho practices and wish we had found Dr Fritz sooner. It would've saved us some frustration.

My daughter and I, both originally from Ottawa Canada, had an amazing experience yesterday...generally not the case when one visits a dentist or orthodontist. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the environment was great...amazing aquariums and good background music. We live in Reston, VA, but the drive was well worth it. Thanks again!!

Fredrick Fritz Orthodontics is the best! Over my years, I have NEVER waited longer than 10 minutes. Most of the time, even if early, they are ready for me to head back. All of the staff are wonderful. Always kind. The orthodontists are great at their job. Never disappointed with the service, quality, or price. If you are debating which orthodontist to get, GO HERE!

This place is awesome! If you're looking for a nice, clean and friendly orthodontist; look no more. The staff starting from the front desk, the office administration to the nurses, everyone is very inviting. Having been thru getting braces for myself and my daughter in Va where I used to live, I just moved to MD and found Dr Fritz for my son thru Yelp. He treats every patient like his friend or family member and puts our mind at ease. Dr. Fritz offers points for the kids for good oral hygiene and you can turn your points into gift card rewards. I can't tell you how wonderful this place

I do not recommend! kids teeth shift once braces are off and retainer is no longer needed. It seems like a waste of money. There is inflexibility with scheduling. They work 9-4, off on Friday and it doesn't work for working parents. After spending a lot of money for teeth to look great, it is very disappointing when they don't.

My son's orthodontic treatment is now complete - his teeth look great! My daughter's is just beginning, and I am so glad that I have chosen this practice. Dr. Fritz and his staff are friendly, caring and extremely considerate - they "get" that they are entering a somewhat long term relationship with patients and their families. Dr. Fritz's fees and policies are more than fair. I chose this practice over one that was closer to our home in Bethesda. Dr. Fritz's practice is well worth the 15 minute drive up 270.

Love Dr. FRITZ. He has been our orthodontist for awhile and we have always really liked him and his staff. Today, a Sunday, with ice covered roads and negative windchills, when my son's braces broke, he met us a hour later at his office to fix it. He, and his staff, are always friendly and competent. I would recommend them to anyone, kid or adult.

AWESOME!! Dr Fritz and his staff are professional, smart and get the problem solved. Best of all- the KIDS LOVE GOING! Both of my kids received their braces treatment from Dr Fritz and his staff; we have been very pleased with everything from the starting consultation to the on-going upper mouth guard adjustments. One of our kids had more teeth/mouth issues than the other and they now both have amazing looking teeth!

Dr Fritz and his staff are just wonderful. Dr Fritz should change his on-line picture because I've never seen him in a suit or anything close to it! He's got the team jersey on or the Hawaiian thing going. He's very personable, always with the "Hey, how's it going?!" We've been very happy with the results of his work and he leans towards being conservative - which I've also been pleased with. Nice guy and charitable to boot. Highly recommend!

Just a great Orthodontist. My 13 yo daughter is just about finished and we just started with my 8 yo son last month. Dr. Fritz is great with the kids and his office staff has always been professional and courteous. And when something goes wrong with a wire or bracket at the worst possible time, Dr. Fritz will always somehow find a way to slip you in to get it fixed.
