DON'T USE JASMINE GARDENS 2!! Horrible product and even worse customer service!
I would give them zero stars if that was an option. The funeral spray for my MIL'S casket was dropped before it got to the funeral home. It was also so late (by more than 24 hours) that it almost missed the service and we would have been left with nothing. It was so bad the funeral home didn't want to use it. We had to order flowers from another store. Jasmine refused to refund any of the $350 we spent. The owner was belligerent with my husband and told him to deal with it.

Ordered an arrangement of flower for my aunt who recently lost her husband. Order was delivered with no card. They delivered the card the next day! I also ordered an arrangement for the funeral. Totally did not receive what promised. They did not follow my requests and they did what they wanted with the color of the flowers and message. Do not recommend will not be going back at all!!!!!

My husband was very disappointed with my flowers. My husband used 1800flowers to send me an anniversary arrangement. 1800flowers chose Jasmine Gardens. He ordered 100 long stem roses and unfortunately I received 42 roses for the whopping price of $350! This is unacceptable. A phone call or a refund would have been appreciated in this situation. My husband got neither. The shop closed at noon and we didn't receive the order until 5pm that day. We will not be ordering from them again.

Worst customer service ever! Jasmin
Number one and number 2 were both terrible.
They sent the wrong arrangement 2 separate times for my Aunt’s memorial.
The owner said he didn’t care. The delivery driver admitted they he does that all the time and would act badly if we called. Of course we called and he acted terrible was extremely rude. DONT use these two Jasmin 1 or 2.

Floriest. I have never heard of them until now. I don't even think they are in Collyvile.
But a sweet man sent them to me. What a kind and thoughtful gesture. More about these perfect flowers. I love them so much!
Below is a lovely photo. This is in Haltom city so they drove over 30 minutes to make this delivery perfect! Wow is all i can say. I will try to run by and thank them. Until then i wanted to write a review. Normally flowers do not smell nor bloom. But these arrived perfect.
Now I need more!!! I am sure they will fix me up! Remember I

Received 2 flower arrangements for my birthday 8 minutes before 5pm cut off. Not only were the flowers damaged and the vases dirty, my husband paid for delivery before noon. The flowers are missing petals and none of the leaves were trimmed so they're all crammed into the vases. Horrible quality, would not recommend.

I just feel really bad that my brother and sister in law paid anything for an arrangement made up of some basic filler flowers, not even the right colors she requested , some balloon ribbon tied around the glass, with chewed up greenery...... who would even think this is acceptable?!? I guess the florist thought since they live in Pittsburgh, they'll never know.
