Used a this local florist by directly calling. I needed a dozen roses delivered one exit north of downtown fort worth, not but 1-2 miles from the florist. They not only had the flowers there within 2 hours, but sent the most beautiful and by far the best flowers I have ever sent to my wife in the past 16 years we have been together. If you are looking for speed, and quality this is the place to stop. Now the price was a bit higher than normal, but for the service and quality it was well worth the price! Do not take my word for it, but my wife can testify she was extremely happy with these roses

These flowers cost me double or more what I’d spend at a normal grocery store. I’ve used a florist before and stayed under $60 and had great success. I ordered with 1-800 flowers and they contracted out to Al Medina. If Al Medina is going to contract out, I understand that, but still take pride in your work and show people you care! I may not have specifically called your shop but I honestly have never been less impressed with flowers. These lasted a whopping two or three days where they didn’t begin to stink, and my wife is great about changing the water and cutting the stems to keep them

Upon delivery I noticed the brown edges on rose petals, the ribbon had a piece of wire sticking out, an unusual type of greenery was used and very dry. The balloons were deflated the next day. Two days after delivery the roses were starting to dangle. By the fifth day every single rose was dangled. I called the flower shop and talked to manager who was very rude from beginning. He then became defensive and said that in 15 years he never had an issue with his flowers. I sent him text messages with pictures and he said in following days he would deliver another arrangement. I never recieved replacement

I ordered flowers for my children’s fathers funeral.
The funeral started and they weren’t there. When I called to find out why the flowers I had ordered hadn’t been delivered she insisted that they were in fact there. Turns out they were late being delivered. The flowers were lovely. Exactly what I ordered. But I paid 100$+ for them, the least you could have done was deliver them on time.

Found this place randomly searching for a flower shop. The first time I went was to pick up flowers for my GF. I asked for a small bouquet and received a beautifully arranged bouquet. Also, owner is very friendly. I went a second time to pick up flowers to surprise my GF for date night. The owner topped his last creation! The wonderful arrangements in the picture were given to my GF and she loved them! They look damn good, imo. I'll definitely keep coming back!

This is your shop, if you want beautiful, professionally crafted floral arrangements. I've been a loyal Al-Medina customer for over a year now, and I'm not sure how they could get any bad reviews. I think these other reviewers must have gotten confused when ordering online and called someone else.
Gilbert greats you with kindness the minute you walk in the door. They have options for all occasions. They are great at customization. The flowers I've received are fresh and vibrant. Basically, they are professionals here. I highly recommend you give them a call.
