I called from California for a plant/flower delivery, to a friend getting home from the hospital in the Ridgmar area, a day or two before Thanksgiving. I knew the lady helping me was very busy with Thanksgiving deliveries, but she was extremely pleasant and patient. The recommended plant was an excellent recommendation and it was delivered that day. This is the *only* florist in Fort Worth that I do business with, and TCU Florist never disappoints. The quality of their service matter to me especially because I order flowers for delivery out of state at least once a year. I’m very impressed with the service we received. I called today at 3:30 p.m and a beautiful arrangement was in my daughter’s hand by 5 p.m.!
I don’t live in Ft. Worth, so I found a place near my daughter’s work. I read the reviews and thought I had to give them a shot. I’m happy I did!

I’m a big proponent of cutting out the teleflora middle man and ordering directly from local florists and TCU Florist is a great example of why: I called from out of state with a same-day delivery request, gave them a budget and some parameters and asked them to do their thing— and the result was GORGEOUS. We choose TCU Florist for all of our floral needs and they never disappoint! Today we had a beautiful arrangement delivered to Baylor Downtown to celebrate the arrival of a new baby to the family. The arrangement was gorgeous, the florist beautifully incorporated sunflowers which was part of our request, and they were able to deliver within just a few hours of our order!

Rebecca arranged the flowers for our wedding August 2020 and I could not keep my eyes off of them! They were beyond what I imagined, after a single consultation over the phone. My aunt worked more closely with them than I did and also confirmed that they were easy to work with. I especially appreciated that they were willing to work with us to figure out a way to get the flowers to two places (someone from our party was able to pick them up from a singular location --rather than us needing to get delivery to two locations). Thank you for the PERFECT Christmas flower delivery and more to the Grandparents in Ft Worth. I scoured the net for a handsome floral arrangement and extras to send a special gift. I have used TCU Florist for years and can't imagine going anywhere else. They have always gone above and beyond with the things I've ordered from them ranging from roses to a prom corsage to holiday gift baskets. Our family had a very difficult November that ended with the sudden death of a family member. I couldn't eat or sleep and spent a lot of time just staring around the house. About 24-48 hours after the passing, I had received multiple, stunning arrangements from TCU Florist. They filled my home with such beauty during a very dark time.
Additionally there was an error in the obituary on the date of the burial service. When I reached out to TCU on Thanksgiving day, they immediately put my concern at ease and said they were on it.

They get two stars for trying to make it right - but the arrangement I ordered was woefully underwhelming. The description made it seem like I would have received a lovely and full arrangement..... when in reality, the vase was only 2 inches thick (if that), and there were roughly 5 flowers total? And they were super pink, in comparison to the photo which shows more of a fall tone - this arrangement literally was under the "Fall Flowers."
They did offer to replace the arrangement, however, the replacement didn't look much better - with the roses looking half dead / on their last

I have learned my lesson once, but I forgot and ordered from TCU Florist again. Something has changed there over the years. The quality has gone downhill and I'm so disappointed!

I would NOT recommend wasting your hard earned money at this place. My boyfriend wanted to do something special and ordered me a dozen roses with white lillies for my birthday , he had them delivered to my job and when i got home I noticed that several roses had and all the leaves had rot on them (clearly Unacceptable for a $140 bouquet) I went in the next day to have them replaced which they did however it has not even been a full week and they have already died ! (They were replaced Saturday and it is now thursday) seriously do not waste your money here you can go to Tom Thumb and get a Boquet
