The flowers that were delivered to me by this florist were stunning. Unfortunately, the sunflowers never opened or bloomed within a few days. I called the company and spoke with Brandie. Their sunflower distributor was the cause. Brandie provided excellent customer service, with patience and ease. She remained professional in all communication, and provided a solution fast and efficiently. We will be ordering from this company continually in the future. Customer service like this is hard to find these days.

Totally disappointed with this arrangement I ordered via Teleflora and filled by DFW Flowers. I ordered this sympathy arrangement to be sent to a grieving parent due to the recent loss of his daughter. I selected this arrangement due to the vase. If the vase was not in stock, I can understand substituting it for a comparable vase. Looks like no thought or effort was placed in selecting an appropriate vase given the circumstances for which it was ordered for. I will not use Teleflora nor DFW Florist for any of my future floral needs.

I received the most beautiful and fragrant arrangement this morning that I have ever seen. Full of beautiful fresh flowers by the nicest you g man name Randy. I received an assortment of flowers from my husband as a Valentines gift and I'm sad to report several of the flowers were dying (one of them has that old slimy been dying black gunk on it) and the white flowers that look very sad in the photos were dying and cut oddly short. The presentation of the bouquet was terrible. At first I thought maybe the delivery messed them up but it seriously looks like someone threw the flowers in the vase and moved on. I hope DFW Flowers can get this corrected on the next customer. I hate to know what my husband spent on these.

Ordered flowers through 1800flowers and they outsourced to these folks and I will probably never use 1800flowers again and call dfw flowers directly. Absolutely gorgeous arrangement! My wife loved them and said they were so much prettier then any other flowers I have had sent to her...and I send a decent amount of flowers haha...1800flowers, thanks for the flower hook up. They actually looked like the flowers from the website, the last 5 arrangements I have sent didn’t ever really look like the flowers I picked on the site. But these were great! They even almost matched the ribbon and got flowers

I've had 1 good experience with Swofford about 2 years ago. But this weeks experience was unacceptable. I placed an order for a bouquet online then called in to confirm my order. I received my statement/confirmation via e-mail. A total of $81.17. I expected a call and photo from my mother (since I live in Chicago) with what I thought I ordered. And she received a totally different floral arrangement. I ordered white and purple roses. She received yellow and lavender!!! I called in and explained to them how they did not send out the right bouquet and the person tried to tell me that the yellow

My son frequently orders flowers as a surprise for me. Since he lives out of the country this is not inexpensive. A recent delivery of an arrangement of irises and tulips looked great on day one. But the next morning the tulips were wilted and looked awful. I called and the order was promptly replaced with a handful of tulips. By the next afternoon, the flowers once again looked terrible. I followed all of the care instructions and feel totally cheated. I am currently waiting on a return call from this florist and hope to finally receive flowers worthy of the money that my child spent to surprise

If stereotypes are true, and they are in this case, New Yorkers are pushy and demanding in a way that Texans simply don't have in our genetic makeup to be.
The new guy in my life, Brooklyn born and raised, could sell ice to a penguin so I have no doubt his smooth talking and thick accent had at least a tiny bit to do with the stunning arrangement I found sitting on my door step this afternoon. The rest was thanks to Swofford's Florist, and being a picky flower girl, I can tell you with 100% truth that this bouquet was the best it gets.
