This made me chuckle and I'll explain why. My family and I are moving items out of 2 storage units. Unfortunately we did not have the correct keys to the locks. The employee of the stoneage units recommended this company. We called and they said a representative would be available in an hour or two. We called 30 minutes prior to when they would arrive, making sure we could meet them at the gate. The gentleman on the phone

We were having issues with the front lock to our condo, which was 26 years old and had been discontinued years ago. Friends and family were actually getting locked out because they couldn't turn the key in the lock. Craig, the technician, came out, assessed the problem, and managed to coax our aging lock back into working order.
