Called ahead to get pricing for a auto lockout after hour 24/7 emergency line.. Was quoted at 70$ on the phone we agreed to the service and he said a tech will be put in 15-20mins. when locksmith arrived on time I was elated! Then he showed me the work order for $90.... Tried to call the office back to figure out why it's 20$ extra the guy on the phone said no I never say 70 ever it's 90$ so I said fine then he said I'll send you the recording which I ushered because I know what he said or I wouldn't have okayed the gentleman to come out to my vehicle.. Tried to offer my email

Honestly this was the worst service ever and would not recommend. I am only giving it a rating of 1 star rating because of how bad their service was. I got locked out of my car, a much older model. I went online to see where their shop was based and it was only 17 minutes away and since they were the closest to me, went with them. They said it would take 20-25 minutes to get to where I was and I agreed. 25 minutes pass then 35 and I message the guy and ask where he is at. He calls me and says he is stuck in traffic and it will be another 13 minutes to get to where I am. About 15 minutes later

Eli was very courteous and professional. He showed up early which never happens and some of our locks were sticking and just not working properly until Eli rekeyed the whole home for us. Eli even looked at our back slider to fix and gave us some great suggestions. Stop looking Eli is the guy to use. I would highly recommend Eli.
