I used BB Locksmith to rekey three doors in my home and program three garage door openers. They charged $50.00 to reprogram the garage door and then they charged $125.00 for an hour and a quarter of programming. To me this is a double bill. The owner of BB Locksmith did not see it this way. After calling the owner, she did give me a half hour credit for labor. In addition, there was a $99.00 service charge for them to come. My total bill was $341.41. Thinking the guys were being nice by offering to program the garage door, I gave them each a $20.00 tip. That was before I got the bill. Shame

I'm being generous with the one star. My parents used to be customers here. Recently, my dad needed to make spare keys for their place. BB made keys so poorly for my dad that we will no longer be customers here. Their motto of service by "the golden rule" must be from "he who makes the gold makes the rule" and certainly not "do unto others". My dad has been unable to even get the key into the lock - it won't even fit in the lock. He tried to return the keys or even have them re-cut to have them work. They outright refused. They charged over $40 for 4 non

I moved into a new home and needed to switch out two locks; screen door, garage entry & a new front door set.
They switched out the screen door and garage entry, but when I return with a "Kwik Set" entry door handle set, I was told it wouldn't work. ??? I returned the set only to find out that the tech wanted to rekey my new set and it was not his preferred choice!!! I had the Kwik Set installed and I feel safe that I made the right choice for MYSELF!!!

Another business poorly keyed my front door lock. I called B and B. They came out quickly, fixed the lock, and corrected another problem with the dead bolt I had not even noticed. All at a very reasonable price. They have a pretty cool store too where they make perfect every time key copies. They aren't cheap but they work great. And there is a cute dog who works there. Not necessary but definitely a bonus for animal lovers.

What a horrific experience. Went in to get some keys copied and witnessed a man (who I was told is the owner) screaming at a co-worker because he wasn't happy with the way she handled something. It was disgusting the way this man was treating this woman. I told another male worker in the store that he should not let this woman be treated this way under any circumstances. He replied that it was the owners and that he let's them "hash it out" Appalling, disgusting, I will never go back.
