We needed a Locksmith ASAP due to an employee leaving. Gary was very responsive, kind and professional. He didn't charge a lot for extra keys. He was quick in getting the job complete and even had me check the key's prior to him leaving. Defiantly will call on him again and highly recommend him!!!

Gary of Sterling locksmith is the owner and such a wonderful human being. He is a consummate professional, available when you call, shows up on time & commits to doing the work at the same price quoted over the phone without seeing the project, and very amenable. I highly recommend Gary's service, he gives such a personal touch and he really cares about his customers. I needed to have the locks changed for my new office but also I needed to be careful with money since I lost work during the Covid shutdown. I saw that other people in my building had a variety of locks and I wondered what was best for me. Gary of Sterling Locksmiths responded to my call very quickly. When I explained my situation, he told me that I didn't need the fancy looking locks that others had. He said I needed good quality locks that do the job. When he came to my office and assessed the locks that came with the place and said they were of the highest quality already! I was so relieved
