I have been living here almost 2 years and it has not been a pleasant experience. Staff members are rude and very unprofessional. I have had several issues with the apartment and none of the issues have been resolved. After placing multiple maintenance requests, nothing has been done. I have light bulbs that need changing and its been two weeks. I have been cooking in the dark for two weeks, which is hazardous. As of today, my lights are still not working. I am now force to go out and buy a lamp for the kitchen. Every time I call the leasing office no one answers the phone. This is the worst complex

I’ve been living at the Amberton for 7 years now, when they were in their final states of completion. This complex was brand new, very nice, very quiet, and very clean. Now I feel as though I’m living in the housing projects. This place is not well kept up, ppl leave their dog waste all throughout the complex, trash outside their doors, and buildings, which in the past attracted raccoons to my building, the staircase and breezeways are filthy, the siding of the buildings are filthy, deliveries are being left on the mailroom floor, in which I’ve had several packages stolen due to this issue

My place is beautiful but the staff here is very unprofessional I have had issues from mold in my apartment to ALWAYS having issues with my pool key you reach out to the staff and they take their time and always cover it up with it’s a system issue that is unacceptable. I continue to see everyone else key working and them enjoying the amenities while I have to get someone to let me in continue to go to the office for them to keep saying the same thing. If it was a system issue why isn’t the entire complex keys not working they really have to do better.

I really don't want to give 1 star but I have no other option. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. They charge you the rent and money on the cards every month without fail but they turn deaf ears when you have a concern. It's been weeks we have requesting the office to change the fire alarm batteries as it's getting triggered for no reason in the midnight? Who would be cooking food at 1 Am? We have a small kid and it's really been hectic for us every night dreading that fire alarm may trigger anytime. We even fear to leave home because we really don't know when it gets triggered. Renewing my lease here was the worst mistake ever. There's a major lack in customer service and communication since new management has came along. I have been at the property three years now and absolutely disappointment with the new team and maintenance seems to be non existing. I've went over 24 hours without an operating toilet, 48 hours of a clogged drain and leaking dishwasher. Promises made by office staff of repairs coming and never happening. Old maintenance had issues resolved same day. Believe every bad review you read and stay far away

We moved to Amberton at Stonewater few weeks ago. So far we had a great experience.
Our leasing consultant Kyle Mills has been amazing since day one!
From the tour to efficiently getting everything ready for our move, he made us feel right at home!!!
Everyone in the leasing office is friendly and courteous.
The only thing that I would change is adding few more people to the staff for maintenance.

I have lived here since March of 2018 and it has been a great experience. the complex is located very close to Cisco/Pfizer/Lenovo and other Fortune 500 companies within the Triangle. There is an American Tobacco Trail head within biking distance and Cary Town Commons with restaurants, shops, a Harris Teeter Grocery store, as well as a Target. Apartment management has always been extremely nice and helpful with Tasha being a standout in my view. My lease was supposed to end last year right when the quarantine hit, and they had no problem extending my lease for another year AT THE SAME RATE. Maintenance

Amberton has always been very accommodating to me. I've lived here for 2 years and have not had one problem with the property or management. I see all of these bad reviews and they are just negative people that want to complain. I've seen posts about bugs. I've been here 2 years and have not seen a single bug in my apartment. I haven't even seen a small spider let alone roaches. I assure you it's a great community with a great staff. Also all residents I have come across are always friendly and it's a very safe neighborhood for children as well. Two thumbs up. Thanks

@Kristen Please advise what part of my post is false or misleading. Everything that has been mentioned in my post is 100% facts. I have all the pictures, videos, medical reports, and emails to back it up. In fact, I will be contacting the news so they can report how much of this is false and misleading. I asked to be put on pest control list. We just moved into our apartment in August. We immediately saw bugs and roaches. I decided to request to be added to the pest control list. The maintenance guy asked me how long would I like to be on the list and I told him until I tell him otherwise. He explained to me that the pest control people come spray every Tuesday. I told him that was great and I can manage being home all day Tuesday so that can come in. I got a spray once and they never came back again. This place is horrible. The location is not worth your money with the new developments going up so much. Go somewhere else. I made a yelp just to warn off this place. We've been here for around 7 months and problem after problem has been ignored and lied to. Pool opened up two months late and never stays clean. The gym equipment is broken. The movie theater has been broken. You can guarantee on having loud, inconsiderate neighbors after curfew hours. Maintenance will enter your apartment without your knowledge. Terrible maintenance effort, it's always work-arounds rather than ordering

This apt complex has potential but management allows anyone to move in, resulting in crime. Thieves have been breaking into cars for months both in the apartments and neighborhoods nearby and police tracked them via stolen iPhones to this neighborhood. Management refused to assist in any way, even to email residents or set up any security. Save your money and stay safe, live somewhere safer until there's new management and better background checks on residents here.

Honestly this place was probably a lot better two years ago when the older management company was here. About six months ago a new manager company took over and it just has been on a Big downhill from there. The trash is not picked up weekly and it accumulates on the side of the dumpster. The pool will not be open on time for memorial Monday and when I asked them they said because they were not ready. But every year they know memorial Monday is coming so how can you not be ready for the inevitable.

We visited recently for a tour and was greeted by Sheree. She was friendly and personable yet professional. She was very thorough in answering our questions an even kept the little one occupied while we completed paperwork. We did move in and any time there was a question or concern, I went straight to Sheree who handled it promptly and to our satisfaction. If she didn't have an immediate answer, she called me back at the end of the day for an update.

I am kinda shocked by all of the negative reviews honestly. My husband and I have lived here for at least 5 years. I believe in giving unfiltered honest reviews, especially for living spaces. This has definitely overall been a great property. While residents can often be dismissive, I must say the office staff addresses issues with emails and personal notifications when necessary. The property is overall clean and extremely convenient. Like most properties in this area, the office staff and maintenance staff have a pretty high turnover. I do not recommend. I enjoyed management when I first moved the end of 2016 (now new). I do not enjoy my living experience now. There is always trash around the dumpster piled up! The compactor is always supposedly broken... gross! Trash goes everywhere. The office never does anything about the noise and could care less. People play music with loud base thumping which comes through the wall all day and night. You can feel the vibrations even if you go in the next room (super thin walls.. not a normal apartment). It's impossible to get good rest. No one does anything despite how much you call

This neighborhood wasn't impressive back in June 2015, but now it has gone down by far.
- Trash everywhere. People eat their fast food near their cars and throw the trash on the ground. (Judging by the people who live here, it isn't a big surprise)
- More trash, people can't even put their garbage in the garbage collection machine, they just dump it on top. The Management put some lame sign up there threatening anyone who does this with a....$25 fine! What a joke.....
- Broken-down/non-operating cars parked all over the place.
