Mindfulness essentially means observation without judgement. Applying mindfulness to our daily lives allows us to be more open, compassionate, and free from limiting beliefs. I will work with you in a coaching capacity to identify judgements and limiting beliefs.

Once identified, these energetic blockages can be cleared and we will work on reframing your perceptions so that it will support growth, using the tools of mindfulness, meditation, yoga and offer ourselves compassionate self-forgiveness to align essential values and manifest heartfelt desires in all aspects of being.We will start with a Free 30 minute consultation session, completing the intake form where we start our journey.

Private yoga sessions offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation.
Classes range from 30 to 75-minutes and will incorporate the neck, shoulders, hips, legs, core and balance. We want every member of your staff to feel confident and refreshed after class so every class is taught to all-levels. Yoga Nidra is a scientifically-based and researched mindfulness technique that promotes optimal mental health.
