The indoor studio's floor-to-ceiling windows overlook our koi pond, woods, and specially designed outdoor yoga deck.

Harriet L Russell is known as "Bhumi" in the yoga world. She is a leader of the yoga community in Ohio and has helped demystify and bring yoga to mainstream Northern Ohio without sacrificing the depth of the practice. She launched Cleveland's first yoga and wellness center open to the public in 1992.

It's a year long commitment with a small, select group to transform your personal and professional life into a living legacy with impact and achievement.
Director Harriet L. Russell (Bhumi) has been training and certifying teachers for over 35 years, graduating 40 groups (24 in Ohio.) She is not only a yoga teacher, but is trained as an actual Teacher Trainer so you will receive top-notch education. All training hours are spent in session with Bhumi and our highly qualified team to ensure you are receiving the most in depth training possible.

One of the most experienced yoga teachers I have met. She is a direct student of Yogi Amrit Desai, a pioneer and profound master of yoga. She knows the postures and their significance very well and trains other yoga teachers. She also teaches regular students.
Her sessions always start with a relaxing and enlightening discussion, followed by yoga. She pays individual attention to the students and asks if anyone prefers postures to focus on a particular region of their body (shoulders, back, etc...). I always leave the sessions lighter and peaceful.
