Yoga 101 is a Cleveland-area studio specializing in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa based yoga. Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic yet meditative form of yoga synchronizing movement and breath into one continuous and beautiful flow. Yoga 101 believes in the healing aspects of yoga and offers a variety of classes that are modified to suit the new yoga student or the seasoned practitioner.

Services
The Primary Series is called Yoga Chikitsa or yoga therapy for the body, mind, and spirit. It is designed to realign the spine and build strength, flexibility, and stamina. The method of practice taught in Ashtanga yoga involves linking the breath and movement with a progressively challenging series of postures.
A Yoga 101 gift card allows a recipient to choose the classes that best fit their skill level and schedule. Private sessions are great for yoga practitioners of all levels. A private session allows you to work on specific postures, which speak to your individual physical and emotional needs. You and your personal teacher will discuss your needs and expectations prior to the session in order to better utilize your 60-minute session.
If you want to slow down and meditate or rehab an injury, then try a Relaxation and Meditation class, Restorative or Deep Stretch. If you are looking for flexibility and strength but like seeing your progress through a set series of poses, try our Half Primary, Modified Primary or Mysore to learn Ashtanga.
Be Safe: Always practice at your own comfort level and let the teacher know if you have any injuries or would like modifications for any pose. Be on time: Please allow yourself plenty of time to find parking, sign-in, and settle into class. On your first visit to Yoga 101 please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork prior to the beginning of class.

A wonderful place for people of all experience levels. Whether you are a beginner with little to zero experience, or a person with advanced skills; this studio will make you feel at home and will challenge you. Meghan is a fabulous instructor and I highly recommend this studio to all. It was worth the drive!
