I have had a wonderful experience renting from reality west we rent in Colorado and have had a great response their maintenance guy is great and Susie was very kind reassuring and helpful when helping us rent and fill out the lease she went above and beyond to clarify and made sure we understood everything we love our town home and we are so happy we chose to rent from them. This has been the best renting experience so far that we have had sense moving to Colorado

When I was moved in they informed us they would be fixing issues with cosmetics and plumbing nothing was done. They also pulled unauthorized funds from my bank account leaving me broke and unable to feed my family without help from friends. All in all a very unprofessional rental agency looking to take everything they can without any reguard for their tenants! I truly hope your business goes under and leaves everyone of you jobless. Esspecialy you cindy
