Here's Our Story.we are a cohesive hand selected group of people who have made it through 1000's of transactions and we have stories to tell!
Growing up in Eastern Washington I lived in a community where people knew each other and spoke with each other on a regular basis. We spoke about what was happening in the community; new businesses, growing industries, agriculture, the rodeo, local fair and best of all the infamous "Gorge." I came to Seattle 30 years ago because I felt that I wanted to experience the big city.

Erica is very relaxed, professional and accommodating. I immediately felt comfortable with Erica. Within a week she held an open house and 2 days later she sent me info on a person she felt would be a good match. She was right. I think she's wonderful! I recommend her highly! Erica is the worst property manager I’ve ever encountered which is saying something because I work in property management and have seen a lot. She repeatedly forgets who is on the lease, constantly separates emails between my roommate and I about joint things like entering the home, and her most recent antic is revoking our renewal agreement without any warning or communication. Once I informed her that what she’s doing is illegal with an email from my lawyer, she simply ceased to respond and is now refusing any kind of contact regarding our lease. Extremely unprofessional, illegal practices

We have nothing but kind words for the folks at Elita. If you are looking for a well managed apartment to rent or have a property to rent and no time to manage it, you could do a lot worse than Elita.

Giving Seattle's shifting legal landscape for landlords, we have found Erica's help indispensable.

Erica Vincent and her team at Elita have been managing my rental property for a few years now. The service and quality of responsiveness has consistently been excellent.
From repairs to new tenants, the communication has been timely, accurate, direct and solution oriented. My property is not your standard new apartment. Erica has helped me anticipate changes in the market, code requirement and how best to preserve the character of my property while continuing to ensure that it provides a welcoming, comfortable and compliant home for the tenants.
I value her expertise, her integrity and her efficiency

Erica has been helping me rent out my duplex in Leschi in Seattle since 2018. I have found her to be very professional and dedicated in what she does. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to any landlord who is looking for support listing their property. Keep up the excellent work Erica!

Erica and Amanda were responsive to any issue that arose and were great to work with throughout our time as tenants. I would definitely recommend looking for an Elita property when looking for a Seattle rental.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
I rented a place that I found through Elita Living for a little over two and a half years. The owners of the property I rented from during that period, Mark and Miranda, were nice, professional, and responsive.

Been renting from them for just 5 days and the list of issues is astounding.

First, we were handed keys to a unit that was dirty even though we were made to sign a condition checklist - that states the unit had been professionally cleaned - prior to even getting the keys (otherwise, we would not have been given the keys). Well clearly no one had inspected the unit before giving us the keys because there was a nail on the floor, dirt and stains on the carpet, the old disgusting shower liner was still up, urine stains on the toilet, dirty/grease-stained oven and stove range, thumbtack on the stove

I normally don't write reviews but this was a truly sour experience. The lesson here is please pay attention to negative reviews. They exist for a reason. Rented a house in Seattle through her agency. After moving out, she charged $485 for general move out cleaning for a house that was already clean. I've never had a landlord try to charge for "professional" cleaning on an already clean house. After looking up her reviews, its clear that this is her way of doing business. Tried to reason with her to no avail. Filing a lawsuit against her. Do yourself a favor and avoid her company.

I have been a client of ELRE for years and there is no disappointment with the service. I only wished that I've known about Elita and her team from the get go of my love for real estate. ELRE has assisted me in the alleviation of Landlord stress. The service, communication, expertise, knowledge, and care makes this team worth having. Looking forward to many more years with ELRE!

Erica tried to charge me over $2000 in move out fees... $1000 for a key... the key was in the same envelope as the fob and other items. But did charge me $1000 for spots on the wall... Would not send me any proof of the damages nor why a paint job would cost $1000... she's a scumbag

Update:

Sorry, you're incorrect because there was no misunderstanding. I said what I said. The unit was clean but I understand there's always a cleaning fee regardless so I'm not worried about that. Again, I said you TRIED to charge me over $2000... I never said you did. Lastly, cigarettes are

Erica was amazing at getting us set up with fantastic renters super fast. Whenever I have to go over there for something, the place looks like a model home! And the renters usually fix things by themselves.

We love Erica and the fabulous renters she found us.

I think 3/5 stars is a very fair rating. Keep in mind this rating is coming from a previous tenant and not an owner or other business associate of Elita Living Real Estate. I'd like to think of myself as a very fair and professional person so I am offering my best in terms of an honest review.
Move-in:
I thought the move-in process was handled very well. Erica was at the property and gave me the keys with a smile. I noticed I was missing the key to the storage unit and notified her and she worked to get the issue resolved within the next week or so. No big deal. Looking back I think some sort

I rented from Elita living Jun 2017- Jun 2018 and had a great experience.
I was impressed with the professionalism of Erica and Kent. The move-in process was smooth and quick. The move-out process was easy, very fair and I received my deposit back promptly.
Service requests were always addressed quickly. Once request that stood out as very well managed regarded the water heater in the apartment. On Memorial Day evening, I noticed that the hot water tank was leaking. Within an hour, Erica called to determine the best solution. She made a quick decision and had service men dispatched that night

I DO NOT recommend renting from Elita. Owners seem to love them but as a renter I DO NOT RECOMMEND it, they made me our household feel small and worthless and like the only thing you are good for is $$$, and that your needs are not important. As well response times and genuineity were quite lacking.

It is so refreshing getting in contact with someone who is willing to get stuff done on our behalf. A week and a half after moving in my roommate and I discovered that there was some electrical issues with the house we are living in. Although this was not Elita's fault that the person that wired the house messed up, we didn't care who's fault it is - we just wanted it fixed. Erica, the owner of Elita, didn't care either; she made some calls and got a work around to our problem while we waited.

Every so often she checks up with us and sees what she can improve around the property

We rented an apartment through Elita Living and were grossly disappointed. We only met Erica (our primary contact) in person at the end of the lease when she was going through the cleaned apartment. She was rude (refused to shake my hand), abrasive, and almost 40 minutes late to our meeting. We felt completely unrepresented to our landlord (who we never were allowed to be in contact with) and at one point because of the miscommunication we were given a Notice of Entry.

Erica herself took days to answer even important emails, and at one point when we contacted them about a problem with the sink

I recently rented a very nice 2 bedroom condo from Erica & Elita for a year. About 10 months into our lease we were told the owners were selling and we had to be out by the end of our lease. We were devastated as we LOVED this condo, but that's how the market is right now, so we dealt with it.

We looked around and found a few places open, and when we asked if we could end our lease a month early due to the fact we had no chance to renew we were told by Erica that "it doesn't fit into the owners timeline" to do that. That doesn't even make sense as the owner was selling

I've been working with Erica at Elita Living for a while now and am referring her to another potential landlord that I know. I was looking up her reviews to send and was surprised to see what some have written. I can't address their experiences, but I can talk briefly about mine. Erica manages several houses for me and she has done a great job. I've owned rentals for several years and have been self-managing, but it was time to call in a pro. Being able to have her handle all aspects of the rental - from filling a vacancy to maintenance requests has both my renters and I on a better

Wow, where do I start? Erica, the owner of Elita Living Real Estate, is one of the most incompetent property managers I have EVER worked with. I read all her negative reviews online, and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. But now I can confirm that all the negative reviews on her business are legit. We experienced the same issues!

Last weekend we went to view one of Erica's properties, a townhome she was renting out on behalf of the owners. During the open house, she was extremely disinterested in the people there looking to rent. She didn't even put any effort into selling

I always know who to refer people to when they're looking to buy. Kent really does know houses inside and out. Since he's a former contract and has lived in the area for so long, he has amazing expertise. I trust him implicitly.

STAY AWAY FROM ERICA AND ELITA LIVING!!!

This company is more than incompetent. It takes Erica multiple days to return any emails and she will not answer your calls or return them. I actually had to ask her to please renew my lease since it was going to lapse at month's end. It took over 3 weeks for her to draw up the paper work to renew the lease after checking in with her multiple times and was sent to me the day before the lease ended.

None of the documents she sent actually had consistent information listed. Different numbers and dates were everywhere. Luckily I kept my original lease

We were fortunate enough to relocate to Seattle for work and started looking at properties online ahead of time. We loved a home listed by Elita Living and made an appointment to see it in person. Because of time constraints we asked to view the property at 8pm and Erica, the property manager, was more than happy to accommodate us. We were lucky to find her! Not only was the application process super rapid, Erica was personal and willing to remotely handle some paperwork afterwards. Home repairs are handled super quickly and considerately. We could not be more pleased with Elita Living's personal

We rented a house through Erica last year sight unseen because we were moving frmo out of state. The house is overpriced and in a bad neighborhood. And we were the first to rent it so we got all the problems that hadn't been discovered by the owners. After almost a year, we could not longer afford it and put in our 30 day notice. Next day she posts a for rent sign that causes many strangers to knock on my door. Then she scheules showings while I am living here. i have to remove my valuables and pet every time. Finally I say no more, she can show after we leave, She says no, she

Do NOT do business with Elita Real Estate! Erica was horrible through the whole process of removing the mold she KNEW existed in the home we rented. We had a new born baby in the house!
Now she is keeping more than $450 of our deposit for completely bogus reasons!
If the business makes good and returns our money, I will definitely update the review. BEWARE!

Kent Welsh with Elita found us a great home, after being extremely patient with us in our house search. We're picky people, but he never pushed us or rushed us on any of our deliberating on whether to put an offer on a particular house. This was refreshing to us, after hearing lots of stories about realtors that want to do only the minimum in order to find someone a new home.

We also appreciated the fact that in addition to his extensive experience as a realtor, he has had experience as a contractor and was able to point out systems or structural issues with houses that we would not have

I advise all potential tenants to avoid renting a property managed by Elita. If there was a rating lower than one star, I would use it for Elita.

Since the beginning of our lease (May), there are TONS of issues with the home we are renting (confusion with bills and paper work, structural elements not up to code, roof leaking water and damaging our things, mold EVERYWHERE due to poor ventilation, etc), but we have had a lot of patience. Unfortunately, with a two week old baby in the house, our patience is running thin. and they still refuse to fix the ventilation problems saying the mold is our

Elita is a great company. Every person there that I've ever worked with has been organized, professional, friendly, and efficient. They have been managing multiple rental houses for me for many years. They are a great buffer between me and the misc. headaches associated with my properties (eg, broken refrigerators, etc.). When they need me to make a key decision for one of my properties, they come to me and clearly present my options to me so that I can make a good decision.

Additionally, whenever I have vacancies, they have always been able to immediately get new tenants into my houses
