Acrylic is durable and commonly used as a form of enhancement recommended for those who have weak and brittle nails. UV gel come with a choice of powder Gel or Liquid Gel which is a thin and extremely shiny nails enhancement for those who love natural glossy looking nails. I come here every time I visit Ft. Lauderdale! They all treat me nice and with respect! Katie, the owner, has been doing my nails and my permanent make up ( soon open to the public) for years! I'll follow her wherever she goes! Did a walk in and was so surprised by how good of a service I received since it's not my usual go to spot.

I had my nails done by Stella on Monday and paid 63 dollars and a 10 dollar tip the next day all of them peeked off. My one nail was found in my grandsons food how disgusting. We called Stella and she was rude and could have cared less. She rushed us off the phone dismissing us like we were garbage. She should be fired as she has no customer service. She talked on the phone the whole time I was having my feet done. I would never go back and I am warning you to not go there too Stella even walked away after she finished my feet without even saying anything. Why because she never got off her phone

First, let me preface this by saying that my nails look good, but there were multiple things about this apt. that were not great. First, the nail tech yanked on and squeezed my fingers and manipulated them in ways that they don't turn the whole apt. This was painful and uncomfortable to sit through for an hr and a half. He also hit my skin with the nail file multiple times and was just filing my skin. Also painful. Next, I was looking for a rose gold shimmer shade, and they didn't have anything close. Okay, not a deal breaker. Finally, it cost $67 for just a full set with gel polish.

Customer service totally unacceptable. Forget COVID - rudeness, and repeatedly walking away from a customer who is at your station waiting for you to repair ONE NAIL -to go out to your car, to make phone calls, to take another client - that is simple rudeness, not COVID struggles.
That is on top of trying to painfully pull off gel instead of soaking it off as is the correct procedure- I guess my fatal error was to ask that the gel be soaked off. I would never come back here, nor would I recommend the place to anyone.

I am very disappointed that other reviewers had a bad experience at this nail salon. There are two major things most people need to be understanding about.
1. COVID-19 rules and enforcement are still in place. You cannot expect things to snap back to normal. This industry was without business in a Broward county for several months and they weren't given a pass on paying rent.
2. Because of number 1, they can't have as many customers in the store and if they can't have as many customers than they can't afford to have as many nail technicians.

What a TERRIBLE experience! Came in to get the middle nail fixed. Waited an hour before someone got to me. She put the nail on and then told me to go sit at a different chair while she starting another woman's nails? I sat for another half hour until finally just walking out. SO RUDE. Terrible color match! Would NOT recommend this place!!

I thought I found a good nail spa but unfortunately not. I will not be returning here anymore. Why? Because this place is super money hungry and tried to get over on me but I was too smart for the scams.
I signed up a while back as a member and they wasn't trying to give me my member discount. They were charging me and my boyfriend customer prices. It was a big scene in front of other customers with them talking loud in their language and getting others from the back. Even when we was walking out leaving they were still talking about us in their language so we wouldn't understand.

I had come to this nail place once before so was trying to find a regular nail place and be a loyal regular. I called at 2 pm and made an appt for 5 and then called when I realized I was running late getting off work to push back my appt to 5:30. I was told it was no problem at sll. Got there at 5.33 literally (took a picture) and they told me "oh he has someone else, come back later". Then when I asked how is that possible they started speaking in another language. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. How would they feel if that was done to them. Then to be speaking to each other

I was here last night to get a quick manucure, and the manicurist had warts all over his hands! I didn't notice them until he started removing my cuticles but he wasn't even wearing gloves! I am not one to cause a scene so I told him I didn't have time to get my nails painted. I called Katie the owner on my way home to ask her if the warts were contagious and why he wasn't wearing gloves! She didn't answer my contagious question even after I asked her three times. And she said wearing gloves while doing a manicure keeps them from doing a professional job. Omg never coming

I just moved to Fort Lauderdale from Dallas, Texas and was looking for a nail shop. The one I went to prior to ultimate nails spa was terrible, I could have done a better job myself. I am extremely thankful to have found this place. Katie, the owner did my nails and boy was she amazing. She did them thin, shape them correctly and the polish was nice and smooth. The place is clean, not overcrowded and it doesn't have that terrible nail salon smell either.
