I went there for a manicure because the reviews were good. Once I entered my gut told me to leave but I was in need of a manicure so I stayed. There are two young girls in the front stalls who were rude and dismissive. I assume they are the owners kids because they didn’t do any customer work and sent all the customers to older women behind them. The women who did my nails didn’t say two words to me the whole time and the quality was the worst I have ever received. My nails are jagged and uneven. This place is a disgrace. Don’t go unless you want to be treated poorly and have the worst nail

I walked into the establishment July 3rd, 2021 at 3:30pm sharp (mind you they close for 8pm today) I needed a simple nail put on & a pedicure. I was told that everyone was booked until the end of the day AFTER they asked me what services would I like to receive. I’ve lived in a neighborhood near the plaza for 5 years but it ironically seems like every time I make a attempt to give them business, it’s always an excuse of why they “can not service me”.

I would not recommend this nail place, reason being...
When you are sitting there getting your nails done the nail techs are always distracted by multiple different things while they are doing your nails. They answer the phone while doing your nails, they check other customers out which they need stop attending to you and check that other client out, they greet people at the door and talk to them which they also stop attending to you.. and multiple other distractions are happening which causes them to do a poor job. I had my nails done not even 2 weeks ago and I did dip, most of my nails are lifting

They couldn’t do any designs and the nail shape i asked for wasn’t dona right at all and the color was wrong. plus when i tried to get it fixed they couldn’t reshape it because if they tried to the nail would’ve came off because it was put on the cuticle. other than that the employees were as nice as can be and the pedicure was okay.

Do not come here! They are a rip off! I paid 60$ for dipping nails and was told I can come back the next week to get a design for 5$ and when I came back they wouldn't do it! I have been coming here for years and they risked loosing a regular client because they didn't hold up to their end of the deal! I had other problems with this salon in the past there polish doesn't last and they charge you a different amount every time you come! The only reason I came here is because it is walking distance of my house but I will never go back now! Stay away!

The pictures speak for themselves. I can't believe I paid full price for these. Not one nail looks the same. They are embarrassing and just plain awful. It's a shame because this place is so close to my house and it's very convenient being so close. However I would rather go to my old place 30 min away then come back here again. Awful and unacceptable.

Horrible. The nail "tech" cut into my cuticle and it bled out and he kept pouring some liquid in a green bottle to stop the bleeding and it never stopped, then he tried to use alcohol and used acetone to remove the polish after I asked him to remove the entire polish. I left bleeding and horrified that this place exist. I went next door to pharmacy and was told to use peroxide and neosporin on the wound. Also, when I took off the bandaid to show the pharmacist the wound he was grossed out. When I poured peroxide over the wound, the entire opening gushed white foam. As I left he said
