I called the day before to see if they can do Hollywood curls. The receptionist said yes yes of course. The day of New Year's Eve, I arrived to my appointment the stylist respond what is Hollywood curls? Her response was she didn't know what that is and ask if my hair is wash? I booked a blow out and style. Seems like they're not communicating and don't know what they're doing. I would not recommend coming or booking an appointment here. Waste of time. Now on New Year's Eve I have to do my own hair.

Today was the last time I would walk into this salon. There is a ton of reasons why I wouldn't go back but today hit the nail right on the coffin and had me make my final decision about this nail salon. I know when you want your nails done to be exactly like a photo you like online, I know it won't turn out exactly the same. However, I wanted them to be ombre. This definitely isn't ombre!!! The lady who did my nails, told me she couldn't even fix my blended nails because it turned out to be pink and not white. I have gone here before a few times and I had one good experience

A great experience at Harbor Nails! Great price, customer service & end product! I got dip powder with tips done by Karen, she was fabulous! Took the time to really make my nails look perfect.
I was in a bit of a hurry, Kim was so friendly and was able to start the process while she waited on her client to show up. Then both Karen (mani) & Ni (pedi) were so easy going about accommodating my time crunch. Thank you ladies!

My dip manicure and pedicure were horrible. The technician doing my pedicure did not know what she was doing she made my foot bleed when she cut two of my toes. The dip manicure wasn't smooth and was way too thick. I walked out of there knowing I will never return.

Karen was super professional and did an amazing job on my nails.
However, the lady who did my daughters nails didn’t realize I was her mother and was criticizing my daughter and chastised her about the condition of her nails. I look over to see my 21 yr old who has issues almost in tears. I brought my daughter to boost her self esteem! I had to intervene and let her know, that I’m her mother and she needs to take her hand off my daughters nails. I asked the receptionist find someone else. This lady proceeded to continue speaking in another language obviously talking negatively about my daughter

I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails. Being a resident of the area for years, I am constantly looking for the person that can do my nails and I've finally found her at Harbor Nails. Her name is Hannah. Every time I visit with her, I go home so extremely happy because my nails look exactly perfect and exactly how I like them.

I have never written a review before but I feel like I absolutely have to after this experience. Today I went to harbor nails and asked for a full set of acrylics, with a purple ombré. This is what I received, I voiced my concerns to my nail tech multiple times and while she was trying to be helpful the owner was horrendously rude to me. I felt so bad speaking up and I mentioned that, I just wanted them to fix them because they wanted to charge me $75 for THIS. The owner exclaiming they look fine and that's just how ombré looks. It's not I was still charged $45 and they would not fix

Being from Maryland, I don’t think this place was overpriced at all. I got a basic manicure for $18... back home I’d pay $30. The guy did a great job and took his time. The lady who did my sisters pedicure did an awesome job as well. Again, pedicure was only $30 and back home they start at $45! Will return next time I’m in town.

Karen is so gifted in her work and it was the best pedicure and manicure I have had in 30 years. Her attention to detail, gentleness, fun humor and sweet warmth was such a great experience. I now have a great person for myself and my daughter to visit now. The service of the whole team was also super and enjoyed my Prosecco with it too. Thank you.

I’ve been going to Harbor Nail LLC for years, back when the name was Harbor Nail and Blowdry (so about 3/4 years). I don’t have a bad thing to say about the staff, I used to drive more than 60 miles, one way, every two weeks to Ft Lauderdale, just to get my nails done here. Kim has an exceptional staff!
Karen, my go-to nail tech NEVER fails with my nails. She always asks how I’m liking things and takes her time. It’s worth the drive for me. I’ve been to many different salons, some chain, some personally owned and none of them make me feel the way I feel when I go to Harbor Nail and Spa

I have lived within a one mile radius of this salon amongst many others for 6 yrs. I would have avoided yrs of grief had I known about this one. I will be sure to tell others in the area.

I've been getting my nails done for close to 14 years now... and I've never really been that satisfied with the experience ... until today!! Tony is the first nail tech that I've ever had that not only did a BEAUTIFUL job, but took his time and answered any questions that I had about the process (today was my first time getting dip nails done.) Highly recommend Harbor Nails-- didn't feel rushed out the door and I loved that he took his time To make sure my mani and pedi were done right/well! Thank you, Tony! Will definitely be back!!!

What a fun time AND a great mani/pedi! Haven't been here in awhile (moved back to NE Ohio) but had the pleasure of meeting Karen tonight and hearing some of her entertaining stories..the salon carries an enormous selection OPI & Essie colors and has plenty of chairs & stations so very little wait time .

My friend and I really liked the Harbor Nails at first. We have been looking for a good nail salon for us to go to together. We thought this was the place. We got gel nail polish on our hands and regular polish on our toes. Both of our nails on our hands chipped in less than a week. One of my toes completely came off within a week as well. We called and they were so nice and told us to come back. They fixed our chipped finger nails for free! However, my friend’s chipped again within two days and mine soon after. Very disappointed.

I've gone here before because the polish tends to last forever, but this time I got a sloppy paint job. I noticed it when he was doing my nails, but he was slow and methodical, so I assumed he would clean it up. I was wrong. By the time he was done, I was done with sitting in the chair, and just wanted to go get lunch. $61 for a pedicure and shellac.

My first visit was with Kim for a manicure. I decided on the "dip" french manicure. It lasted for 4 weeks!
Right now it shows the regrowth - I just made an appointment to get them done next week. I love the look & Kim is amazing!
Today I am getting a pedicure with Wendy. So far it looks great!
I am also getting color & styling with Elliot - I like his style.... I will post again when I'm BEAUTIFUL!
