My mom also goes here and she said Bella is amazing, her nails always come out looking stunning. I believe cash tips are preferred, but you can tip on the card. Nice & quiet environment, I recommend it! Just experienced a great pedicure with my hubby! We chose the deluxe package! A bit pricey but for a little treat it was really worth it!

This manicure includes nails trim and shaping, buffing, cuticle grooming and conditioning, lotion massage and color polish of your choice. Jelly Pedi is composed of natural plant extracts and plant oils; combined with warm water produces a warm gelatinous mixture perfect for soaking. Our pedicure includes nail trim and shaping, buffering, callus removal, followed by lower leg and foot massage & wrapping with hot towel and polish.

I went to this nail salon as it was well placed in a shopping plaza. After being around town for a busy weekend, I made sure to call in earlier that morning for availability for 11AM / 12PM. Luckily, we were able to get two appointments for pedicures ahead of the half marathon. When I arrived, we waited a few minutes and got chairs in less than 5 minutes. (The nail salon was very packed on a Saturday at noon, of course).
The work done was ok. This probably was the fastest pedicure that was done, but unfortunately, I don't believe that it was that good. In previous experiences at other places

This salon is conveniently located in the Whole Foods Plaza with plenty of parking available. Service is efficient and I love that you can book appointments online.
The salon is clean and overall they do a nice job on nails. They offer gel and dip in addition to regular manicures. They also take walk ins. I find their pedicures to be better than average and very consistent among the staff.
It's not the fanciest place in town but it's a solid choice when you need a mani/pedi. That's why I keep returning... it's convenient and they do a nice job for what you pay.

We went to Polished the day before TGiving as a party of 3. We had a great experience. Between the three of us we had a pedicure and three powder Manicures. We did hombre and French. There are a lot of technicians here and a lot who are skilled at powder manicure. They did a great job and handled obnoxious clients with grace. Some people are just obnoxious and I think there are a lot of them in this part of Florida :)

This place doesn't use clean instruments. They don't listen to you when you try to give direction. They are going to do what they want and you're not going to like it and they aren't going to care. Paid $25 to get my gel off. My nails look terrible. They aren't friendly here at all. Terrible experience. Don't waste your time.

I waited a good 45m in the pedi chair for my treatment. My bad for not asking how long the wait would be, instead assuming it would only be 10m or so when they escorted me to my seat and turned on the water.
Pros on the pedi: she gave my bad callouses a good scrape down, followed by a pretty intense exfoliating scrub on my feet and calves.
Cons: the exfoliating WAS my only massage. Though it was good it didn't substitute for the standard relaxing massage. She also rushed through the actual pedicure portion spending very little time on my toenails.
I also had an eyebrow wax. I was specific

Helen the owner was rude and not welcoming. I requested a particular technician and she put me with a person that seemed to be new and did a terrible job. I had to correct her several times! From leaving the cuticle unfinished to messing up the nail polish. She could not even put my slippers on at the end, she had trouble assembling their disposable slippers! Oh vey! The place lacks cleaning! Bathroom shows they have roach infestations as you are welcomed with several roach traps in a tiny bathroom, the stations were dirty and even the entrance counter is disgusting! Beware!!!

Nails were ridiculously lumpy. Then the gel polish was lumpy. When I asked her to just correct 2 of them that looked awful even from a distance, she kept blaming the nail polish, which is their polish. She wiped off the polish on 2 and smoothed them for a second. She said the other ones are not fixable. I didn't stay to argue because that is not what I do. It was a full set even so it should have looked at least half way decent. I had to go home and spend 2 hours filing them to make them look even acceptable to go in public. I immediately

Have you ever watched the funny clip from Anjelah Johnson's one nail: if I could have guessed this nail salon was literally inspired by it!!! You show them your nails don't match and they argue with you ... and then start talking in Vietnamese. The chairs are old and broken and not much of a selection on colors... if you want a laugh come here... but if you want a nail service with your time ... don't!

I have been going to this Salon since they were originally opened about 20 years ago! Let’s just say this: when the plaza was under renovation, I couldn’t see them from the highway and thought I’d lost them for good. I was sad and disappointed that I had to change and start over building rapport with new techs!!! Much to my surprise, they reappeared 2 years later (when they were never even gone in the first place...silly me) and I resumed going back. Helen, the main owner is amazing, always friendly, pleasant and very accommodating, along with all the other staff members. Each time I visit

On several occasions I made appointment online. Unfortunately they don't keep to the schedule. I waited anywhere from 16 to 32 minutes.
They put you in a chair and let you soak your feet or hands. Water gets cold and it is unpleasant.
Workers are nice but owner is rude and unsympathetic. Only apology I got was: Sorry, we are running late.
As far as quality of mani/pedi it varies. Some technicians are wonderful.

If I could give zero stars and post this review trust me I would! Yelp, that needs to be an option. Having to give a star to post a review when there is nothing star worthy about this place is not fair to the reviewer.

Normally the quality of this place is worth five stars however since Covid it has gone dramatically down. I made a reservation for myself and my boyfriend for manicures. When we got to polished The lady who is at the front told me to pick out a nail color and then she will seat me.
