Dr. Swimmer personally designed Vet Villa with her husband, a theme park designer who owns the business next door, to have a beautiful layout and flow.

Animal Hospitals have had to update their procedures due to COVID. This hospital has done an excellent job. Staff persons are very friendly and helpful. Communication through the phone system is a breeze and response time is exceptional.
If you have questions they are answered in a timely manner and the vets will spend as much time with you as you need. You will receive files sent to your email with visit details, vaccination records, and other pertinent information before you even leave the parking lot.
Most importantly, the quality of care is above and beyond any other animal hospital I have

I had bad experience here.
1) I brought my dog in for an X-ray. After I phoned the front desk about when to pick her up, the technician said my dog has just gone through a procedure and would be ready to pick up in 10 minutes. Getting an X-ray is not a procedure unless they sedated her...when I picked up my dog, she was acting very weird (she is always very energetic but this time she was dozing off with her left leg limping...) I called again and demanded an answer. The staff immediately said that it was a miscommunication...
2) the office is extremely unorganized. I had them prescribe a medication

Had the best experience here! New to Vet Villa. They took my dog in with an appt 2 days of calling. The curb side process is actually outstanding! They were quick, helpful, responsive and soo nice! Everyone I talked to from making the appt to the gal who brought her out. We will be back! Thank you!!

Amazing veterinary hospital!!! I had an emergency during Christmas as if the pandemic itself wasn't enough.
When my regular vet and every other vet was closed or non responsive, Vet Villa made a way to get us seen the same day to help me and my pup.
Tiffany and Dr Li went OVER and ABOVE for us and we can't thank you enough!!

I brought my pup here a while back for allergies and they were super helpful and friendly. I'm very appreciative of their services and availability to squeeze us in. It's a very clean location and close by to my house so I would come back. Staff is friendly and very informative , they truly care for your fury loves :)

Vet Villa is the best! They have consistently taken the best possible care of my fur baby, from simple visits like vaccinations to extremely difficult situations dealing with leptospirosis. They genuinely care about the well-being of the animals they treat. Dr. Swimmer and the entire staff is phenomenal. I can't say enough great things!

I like the overall service. The technicians and receptionists are nice. The doctors I met were friendly and patient. The quality is definitely a 5-star.
The only issue is that the cost is higher than average. But based on the environment and service, I think it's worth it if you live in the neighborhood.

Since I started bringing my dog here I have been so impressed with the quality of care and communication. Every other vet I have been to has never been clear about all of the different charges being added on for a visit, but Vet Villa always takes the time to break down what exactly I'm paying for. Everyone there is always so friendly and I always feel confident putting the care of my dog into their hands. They bring the quality of care along with the feeling that your dog is not just another number.

I have had to switch vets several times in the last few years. My frustration when my pets' regular doctor refuses to make room for them even in an emergency has been high. Additionally, other vets in the area often suggest expensive tests first and are difficult about providing prescriptions. Vet Villa, even during these troubling times, has been the opposite. They have thus far, always gone out of their way to respond with concern and to go out of their way to help keep the costs down while providing expert and loving care. Vet Villa has exceptionally friendly and caring staff! Bringing my dog in as a new patient, especially during Covid when we can't go in with him, I'm always nervous he's going to be scared or have to sit in a cage waiting for hours like our last vet. This was not the case here. Their staff was communicative, caring and overall made our pup, Binx, have a stress free visit!

They answered the phone promptly and I did not have to wait long for someone to pick up my cat. Dr Koler? I couldnt fully understand his name. But i'll just say Koler. Dr Koler was able to give my pet prescription medication for her UTI and was very friendly and informative. He was very thorough with his evaluation of my cat and answered every question I had.
I gave it a 4 star review because they are expensive. I have been to much more affordable places with the same service, but the fact that they are available to take in my cat late in the day on a Sunday was worth

I am very thankful to Vet Villa because they helped save my girl. They saw us when no one else would. Everyone I spoke with the office staff, vet techs and doctor were kind and compassionate. We had a really lovely first experience at Vet Villa. The technicians who greeted us where so friendly and kind to my dogs and excited to meet them. Our Dr was kind and patient, she chatted to me for as long as I needed to feel comfortable about the process and explained everything. She had very sensible advice and was extremely professional, I was updated regularly and listened to. Everyone I interacted with showed kindness and patience. Thanks Vet Villa.

This play is scamming and running a racket for emergency hours. They will request an x-ray and blood test that will run you close to $800 including the exam and will come back with results where they won't be able to help you and refer you to an actual emergency facility. This happened to myself and another family I spoke to while waiting who sadly wasted over 4 hours there. If your pet doesn't have anything easily treatable don't take your pet here as they have limited ability to do anything but won't tell you till after you agreed to spend the money

Vet Villa's vets and vet techs are nothing short of professional and kind. They truly do look out for our dog's well-being and are detail oriented when they review his health. HOWEVER I do look at their estimates and question what is needed and what is not, however that is my personal choice and the vet will go through everything with me. I am the type of person who does ask a ton of questions, and they are happy to go into it with detail.

I called when I got home from work, which was after 6 and Vet Villa hours, concerned about my cat Chief. I received a call back within a few minutes and was able to make an appointment for first thing the next morning.
Unfortunately, the news was not good, however the entire staff was so thoughtful and compassionate.
I highly recommend Vet Villa and Dr Hsu. While it was a sad day for me and my family, Vet Villa and their staff helped make it more bearable and their compassion and empathy was so greatly appreciated.

Update: Dr Swimmer reached out to me and addressed all off my issues regarding the medication refill request. Their process was taking so long. My dog is getting a lot better after she gave me the refill. I'm glad that she was extremely kind, and she took the time to make sure my dog was taking cared. I really appreciate how she truly cares about us having a pleasant experience in Vet Villa.

COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. They do not accept walk ins. You must call and schedule an appt in advance. When you arrive, call them to let them know you have arrived. Then, within 10 minutes or so, someone will come out to your car to pick up your pet. You may not enter the establishment.
Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is small. The parking spots are decent.
