Terrible customer service! Mark specifically is awful! Unprofessional and poor communication skills he also seems extremely lazy!!! Never ever ever rent from them unless your alternative it being homeless! They said they cleaned the house but clearly never did!!! I'm the stove didn't work! The hood range didn't work! And they had multiple code violations in the house!! The place is in terrible condition and they are extremely unhelpful!!! The are crooks and will try to rob you blind!! I'll post pictures of the "professionally cleaned carpets" that they clearly lied

Very unprofessional. Mark did not go the extra mile to take care of potential customers. We had an appt set up for a house in a gated community and we had no idea there were two gates. Our GPS took us straight to the second gate, where 5 other people were waiting to see the same house. We waited an hour and he hadn't showed up or called to ask where we were. Come to find out, all five people waiting to see the house were at a different gate. He calls me back the next day saying he is unable to show the property on the days that work for me at the specific time I asked for (I woke 8-5, and

I sent in the paperwork and the $35 per applicant fee, which was a total of $105.00. I then went on a Monday morning to see the house. The guy with Delta got on his cell phone and ran my credit score, not my credit report...the credit score . And said, oh you will need a cosigner. Seriously? We had great references for past rental homes, and we made enough money for the rent. Have good jobs and because of my credit score he immediately denied us. In a matter of 20 seconds. What the hell did I pay $105 for. None of my references were contacted. It's nice to know you care nothing about

I rented a 3bdr 1 ba house from them. I stayed in the home for over 3 years. It was the most horrible experience ever. They force you to sign a lease every year. When we decided not to sign the lease due to transient and criminal activity right out our front yard, they upped the rent by $100.00 a month. They insist on yearly inspections. We had an electricity breaker problem and did not fix it until we refused to give them the extra money for the rent increase. they had never even submitted the work order to the electrician.
