Clovis Property Management was fantastic in my experience. I’d ask for items to get fixed every now and then and he’d take care of things quickly. He’d notice other items that needed to be fixed and would do so without asking. I’ve had quite a few prop managers over the years and this outfit is easily the best. Even helped us out with some wood working projects when he didn’t need to. Incredibly handy and knowledgeable!

Dale at Clovis Property Management has managed our new rental for nearly two years and we couldn't be happier. He helped us find a really good tenant right off the bat and its been running smooth ever since. Dale is professional and responsive and takes care of any maintenance the tenant needs right away. We're planning on buying more rentals next year and we'll definitely use Clovis Property Management so we don't have to worry about anything.

Clovis Property Management managed my triplex for near two years before we sold it. I had a great experience working with Dale. Great communicator, lots of experience to guide the tenant selection and management process. He even handled many minor handy-man tasks to help keep costs down. I referred him to a friend of mine who rents a single-family home as well and he's been happy with the tenant that Dale placed for nearly 3 years now. Altogether, a very trustworthy and professional partner to help manage your rental.

If your a tenant, rent with confidence!
If your a land owner looking for a manager for your rental, look elsewhere. Poor communication and lots of "miscommunication " excuses for things such as giving permission to tenant to have a dog without my consent or deposit and occupants planting and removing as they wish of landscaping, unanswered calls/text from realitor or myself on more than one occasion. communication of wants, needs and expectations of the tenant were not valued or implemented and many unanswered phone calls, messages and requests. Timely repairs are not to be expected nor is documentation
