Extremely disappointed 😞 I had real high hopes with this company but I was lied to about multiple things and honestly I am just really disappointed I would not recommend this company at all.. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt because lacie was great and I truly feel still that she is a good human being but this company has zero integrity and they try to charge you even for their mistakes.. i just moved in and i love the home but wish it was with a different company. I am going to be honest and truthful and when I move out next yearI will gladly post a review about everything we have

RPM Platinum, Cease and Desist all unfair eviction/removal processes. It is illegal to remove a listed resident's rental responsibility without the consent/authorization of the other co-residents.
Per the Governor's Covid mandate no person shall be forcefully (through intimidation, harassment, invalid inspections, etc) removed from their current residence. !!!Please update all employees and property owners as these dark business practices can cost a justifiable loss in rental income and possibly legal action up to property loss!!!

RPM Platinum managed my rental property for 7 years and I highly recommend their services. Hiring RPM to manage my property was a great decision as they were able to provide services such as ensuring I have the appropriate contracts in place with tenants, marketing/advertising my rental property, performing the background checks on tenants, taking care of maintenance issues timely, and collecting the monthly rent from tenants. Additionally, I appreciated that RPM provided a service to inspect my property on a periodic basis and take pictures of it so that I can be assured that tenants were taking
