Local or travel opportunities for Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA), and Certified Medication Aide (CMA Med-Aide).
We don't hire certified medical assistants, only those nurses and nursing assistants providing direct patient care. Tried to help this company but referred them to a taxi as we don't do immediate work. Receptionist was not helpful and did not allow us to discuss this with their owner.rude people who write reviews don't deserve your business. If I could do 0 stars I would. Aaco has the worst communication, half the time they don’t know the schedule themselves. You have to beg and beg them to even email you your schedule. They don’t care about your health, if you’re sick they will force you to go in or threaten your job. You’re just a body there to make money for them. If you’re thinking about this job, don’t. Trust me, you’ll be better off without the drama and stress aaco brings to your life.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Their communication is horrible. They try to triple confirm shifts but then don’t even have your schedule right and it comes off more as harassment then wanting to be correct. They tell you that you’ve agreed to shifts that you haven’t. And they refuse to pay mileage after you’ve already driven home and gone back to assignment because they “don’t pay mileage for you to go home for personal reasons”, even though every time you go home it would be for personal reasons.

The best agency ever I worked! Top pay in similar environment, mileage, decent hotels, holiday pay and some bonuses... I'm an RN and worked for AACO since March, 2013. At the beginning I was a part time and picked few shifts near home and worked full time since October, 2017. AACO always listened my needs and provided assistance 24/7. AACO doesn't pay health insurance but you will figure it out that it's so much cheaper to buy health insurance your own instead of company pays medical benefit and pay less because of that. AACO doesn't tie you by 13 weeks contract!!! If you are a first time traveler

I love working for Aaco! My personal life doesn't permit me to work in a FT position due to some demands. When I have the chance to go and fill shifts they are always very quick to help me find work. I have never felt uneasy with being on the road while traveling because I know they have my back! Great staff always friendly never rude!
