The only reason why I am giving them one star is that there isn't an option for zero stars. My company is a small service company and used Drawbridge to recruit 4 people. Two people lasted over the 90 days, one being one of the worst hires we had based on criminal record. We entrusted what we were told about background checks being thorough. That was not the case.
Another hire through Drawbridge worked one day with us and another offer came through and he left with no notice. That cost us over $1800 with no effort given from Drawbridge to make it right.
The last recruit we were sent, was terrible
