Reliable, fast, and effective. Everyone understands that truly no one wants their car towed but under the circumstances they made it an easy process to get my vehicle back. Rates are what police department charges for the towing service provided.

I was stranded in a large church parking lot at night unable to start the car and with no one to assist me at that hour. It really rattled me that all the church goers just passed me by without noticing that I had the car door opened yet no one stopped. AAA said it would be an hour for assistance and Victor Valley Towing kept in touch with their progress into Victorville. True to their word, the towing showed up an hour later which was expected considering the distance travelled. It turned out to be a very simple fix where I had locked the wheels of the car and not really turned the steering

"F" these guys! Liars! ETA 2hrs I call at 2 1/2 hrs "oh sorry we're really backed up it'll be another 90 mins" UGH ok call back after 2 hrs "Driver is fueling up will be right to you" 45mins later I call again "Driver was trying to call you, no he wasn't my phones been in my hand the whole time.....it's going to be another 2 hrs" called GEICO back they called VV towing and said they cancelled, didn't notify me in anyway. She called "All American Towing" they were there so fast and very nice and professional

This place is the most crooked place I have ever dealt with. The tow truck driver lied to me about having the vehicle towed where I wanted it because he wanted to take it to their yard to soak my insurance company for storage fees. The other vehicle involved in the accident was uninsured so of course he towed that one to the individuals house because they knew they were not going to get any money there.... What a shady business, I was not surprised to see all the negative comments here when I looked. I do not recommend this place at all, I think the owner may need to retake a business ethics

My friends car was STOLEN and for one reason the cops impounded it here and it o going to cost $800???? The police tried to get them to waive the fees and you wouldn't. How's this legal? It was in there for less than a day. Shame on you. 0 stars.

Used this towing service because it was recommended by AAA roadside assistance. Although the service call was answered fast and the tow truck driver was polite and professional I rate this place 0...no stars if I could! During the tow my car was damaged and after filing a claim with them they denied any wrong doing. I called AAA and I was advised to take them to small claims court or file a claim with my car insurance. I filed a claim with my auto insurance company and was advised that the damage was most likely due to the way my car was secured on the flat bed during the 99 mile tow. However because

I only leave 1 star because either can't leave zero. I needed a tow truck so I called around 930 am to get one. They said it would take an ETA of 70 min. At the 70 min mark I called and she proceeded to tell that it would be another 90 min to 2 hrs. Bottom line they were going to let me sit there and not tell me anything until I would've had to call myself.. Ridiculous I highly suggest you not use the company.

Had some issues with Jennifer . She won't reply to my emails. Was very rude asked me to get stuff time stamped for her and I did . I sent proof and asked if that was good and no reply. They have a car that's suppose to be in my name but won't reply . Very unprofessional and rude. Jennifer sucks and very unhappy

Be careful if ur car gets towed to this yard... They're some sneaky peeps.. switching parts off my car.. shady people.. Dint recommend this company at all...

The entire team here came through for us, big time! My husband was towing our generator up to Kern County one afternoon and its axle broke in two on the 395 - 100 miles from home and 100 miles from his destination. We had a trailer we could tow it up on - but it was in Kern. We called on Victor Valley Towing and explained the situation. They let him drive on to Kern to get the trailer while they picked up the generator as soon as they could, and made the commitment not to charge him storage as long as he got back with the trailer that night.

I needed my car towed and my insurance set me up with these guys. The lady I spoke to was super helpful and flexible (I totally forget her name, sorry) but Roger came out and was the best! My previous tows through my insurance have been horrible, but this was a great experience. Roger was SUPER SUPER friendly and made a stressful situation a lot easier :) will request them again if I happen to need another tow.

My ETA for tow to arrive was 11:16- 11:31, exactly the time my Roadside provider texted me, a 90 minute wait....no problem as I patiently waited because they said they had an Emergency that was a higher priority.
Long story short, I had called another tow company after an hour and half pass my 90 minute wait and they responded in 40 minutes, the exact time they estimated.
After my tow came, Victor Valley Towing had the nerves to call me and ask if I still needed a tow after 3 1/2 hours have passed from my original ETA. PLEASE DO NOT

i was so afraid of getting my car towed because i've been scammed before. they gave me a price of $119 for 1.5 miles & when they got there, they put my car on the truck and then said "ok so its going to be $759, you pay or we will sell your car" ridiculous!! i am so aggravated that i had to literally give them my rent money for me & my two kids to get my car back. they didnt even take me to the correct place!! i cried the entire way. they dont care about you, your feelings or your situation! they just want to steal your money! dont use this place

Let me start off saying this company does not have their costumers back. My car was towed on nov 24 2018 and I am still out of a car. They don't take any responsibility for making my car not drivable. My puris was towed wrong causing my break system (computer) to break. They are refusing to take any responsibility same for Triple A! I would avoid this towing company at all cost! Little all cost because they will cause cost by damaging your car. My car had over 4K worth of damages. My insurance company has confirmed that the tow truck indeed did the damage!!! AVOID AVOID this company

*Tony* Tonight my rear passenger tire blew out on Mojave Dr. I called AAA and was told it would be about an hour wait for my driver this was at 10pm. I then got an update that it would be 10:45. Tony arrived and had my vehicle on the truck by 10:40. He was beyond amazing and helpful. Had me laughing the whole time which definitely brought down the stress level. He recommended where we could get new tires for good prices and got my vehicle back home which was only about 3 miles away fast and parked it at my residence. I was highly impressed with my service. Unreliable!
AAA notified this company and i never heard from them. Waited 2 hrs. Finally solved the issue myself.

Its was 102 degrees in Victorville god knows its was too hot for my parents to be waiting for the towing company . Thank God for johnny
who came to the rescue after waiting for a short time. The ride from Victorville ro west covina was about an hour and Johnny made the ride pleasant . We felt bad that we had to have him tow the car so far but he did it with a smile. This all happened on the 4th of july thank god for Victor towing co who provided excellent service.

We have Triple AAA Premier get it because its a life saver

Well these guys are unbelievable in their rates. I called AAA to pick up my car and they dispatched this company. From there everything went down hill. They charged me for 2 hours when in reality I should have only been charged one hour since their driver had my car loaded and ready in like 25 minutes.

However taking your car hostage and trying to talk them about their ridiculous price rates. How many hours does it really take them to transport my car since my accident was only 15-20 mins from their yard? The girl on duty didn't seem to budge and their manager there didn't give a crap
