Pricing is insane clearly taking advantage of people who are already in a hard situation. Customer service is almost nonexistent. Told them my registration was in car, they said it wasn’t which caused me to have to wait several days until I was able to get a copy of it so I could get my car, and was charged $80+ dollars for every day

I had an appointment where I needed to be towed to firestone at 830 in the morning. These people said they would pick me up between 6 and 8 am. At 815 I recieved a text that I would be picked up at 845, 15 minutes after my appointment. By 930, there was still no sign of them. I called and discovered these people canceled my tow for literally no reason whatsoever. Absolute garbage service. Will not recommend to anyone.

I got my car towed when I was doordashing as a driver hit me from the back and I had been given a lot of food from taco bell and Pizza Hut, when I got in my car again, I saw that everything was bitten into, and they finished the pizza that was left in the car. That’s very gross and unprofessional, do not contract these people. They are also very expensive and rude, they hid my registration in the car so that I wouldn’t get the car the same day, I had to go to the DMV and other places to get the registration again, all in all I ended up paying about 600 to get my car taken out.

My trailer blew out a tire and I was stranded on the 15 Northbound heading to Victorville the only tow company that was available was Desert Valley Towing. They sent a repair truck to fix the flat tire and I was on my way, they even went out of their way to get me the correct tire, these guys saved the day I highly recommend them if you are ever broke down and need to get off the freeway fast.

I am a small business owner who was in the process of losing their business due to medical bills I incurred last year. Desert towing towed one of the business vehicles when a driver abandoned it. When I called they wanted over $800 to release it! I tried to explain to them that I did not have any money left so I told them I would sign the title over to them. They very rudely told me they would only give me a $150 reduction on the fees. I didn't have a choice but to leave it there. Now in the middle of the covid 19 crisis they are suing my company that is already broke and not operating in

This company towed my car today from outside of the school. I am a teacher and parking is limited so I park on the street. Unfortunately my act of kindness scooting forward and touching the yellow lines of the crosswalk to make space for another parent or teacher cost me $608.00 today. The tow truck driver was still hooking my car up and refused to let me move it. I hope they enjoy their Thanksgiving ripping people off that work hard to make a difference in the community and lives of children everyday. Pretty low blow right before the holidays.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with one of their drivers at the Pilot gas station in Barstow This Is How They Park this is what they think is consideration and oh it's okay cuz they're only going to be there a minute it doesn't matter that's not how you do it and that's not how you treat the public

I was involved in a hit and run accident heading out of on Friday May 26th and as you can imagine, it was very chaotic. Victor showed up and was calm, friendly and very professional. He helped us get to a rental company and unload everything. But above and beyond, he happened to notice a vehicle pull into town and acting suspiciously and called it in. They were the people that hit us and left, without Victor being very observant they would not have been caught!
