To the ppl on here upset about having to pay for them to get to you and i think one guy says something about them also charging for the tow to his requested destination?!?! Like really? Its a god damn TOWING service do you expect them to not charge you for TOWING your vehicle? They wouldn't be in business if they did that. So quit your belly aching or start riding a bike so you won't ever have to worry about your bucket breaking down! #cucks

Never imagined that I would get stuck in a snow storm but I was soo happy I could cry when Direct Towing & Transport answered my call at 6am!!! It was the morning after Thanksgiving and because of the weather condition + holidays, multiple towing companies that I had called weren’t answering & one company even had an eta of 10 hrs. Robert was able to get to me within 1 hour from Apple Valley to Phelan, which was amazing considering traffic and icy/slippery roads. The price is fair and affordable so zero complaints there. The dispatch person and Robert were both very professional and efficient

Lifesavers for me so many timesthey are a very good company wonderful drivers I have had nothing but excellent service from this company at all times however Allstate who was my provider of roadside assistance or so-called at the time they are very dishonest the direct towing did their job they were quick they were efficient and they always made sure that everything was taken care of they never half way did the job and is always a hundred percent really nice individuals working for this company I would recommend them they do have my vote whenever I need a tow or any other service they provide lockout

Talked to Enrique over the phone last Tuesday, 31 Mar 2015, and they towed my wrecked truck that afternoon. Not only they had the best price in town they also got the best service in my opinion. they got my truck out of the body shop and delivered it to my house in a timely manner. I was really impressed of their service! I would give this Tow Company 5 stars and recommend it to all who needs towing.
