I’ve rented from Shine for almost 2 years. They have been amazing. Once, when my garage door was stuck and I needed to pick up my children from school, the repair manager came himself to make sure that the contractor repaired the garage that day and gave me a ride so my kids weren’t stranded. I can also tell that they also take great care of rental properties and really care about everyone they serve. I cannot recommend them enough!

The Application process went smoothly. The house we wanted was rented out before our Application went through. I received a Friendly email informing me my first pick had been rented and it was a few more we could choose from. They also Communicated through email for any additional information they needed very kind and Patient. I’m very happy with the process and the staff. Most of all they didn’t just take my Application fee they went Beyond to make sure they did there best and we are so happy. Thanks Shine and keep Shining on our Community.

We were very pleased with the property we were able to lease from Shine. We were notified 3 months before our lease was up that the owners were wanting to sell their property, so we were given two options: purchase the home through Shine, or move out at the end of our lease. We were in agreement that we could move out with 30 days notice, so we moved out during the following month. We moved out the first weekend of the month, so we were not living in the house any longer, however we still had all the cleaning, and preparing the house for our departure to complete so we could return the home in

*Homeowners beware* Shine will not full inspect your homes before renting to the next tenant! There was a huge HOLE in my ceiling for months and the supervisor admitted it was negligence on his part during inspection but did nothing to fix it.
And my landlord was contacting me every month since I moved in - which Shine DID NOTHING to stop even though it violated their contract! *He kept telling me Shine did not inform him!*

We have been renting through Shine for 2 and a half years now. I cannot say enough about this amazing rental company. Never have I felt valued as a tenant as I have with Shine. From the showing of the home, to prompt and frequent emails of making sure tenants are taking proper care of the home (watering grass, sprinkler systems, air filters, etc), to quick repairs, I am overwhelmed with appreciation. The two others that we called seams as if we had to do all the work in getting our property ready to be rented, we was given a list of vendors to call to get our property ready. We were tenants of a shine property for 3.5 years. They handled everything with great care and responsiveness. I knew any issues would be resolved quickly and professionally. From the time an issue was reported or a question asked, there was constant communication until things were solved.The shine team was always very friendly and eager to help. Do not use this company period! They will not do anything for you or your property. The will not be thruthful on their paperwork to make it look like they are doing their job, specially if you live outside of the state and cannot see for yourself the condition of your property. I gave them a perfectly beautiful home to manage and they returned to me, in less than a year, (after charging me for every little silly thing the renter demanded and was not necessary) a home that needed painting, some repairs (beyond the normal wear and tear) to name a few things. I will also say that your needs as a property
