I have been wearing glasses for over 45 years. Because of new insurance my wife and I went here for an exam. We had never received before now a 5 minute exam (5 minutes for each of us)and both of us were very shocked with how quick it went.
Because I had my old glasses, I wasn’t in a hurry to get new glasses, at least until I broke them. I went to Sam’s to get glasses and had major vision problems with the new pair. Finally I went back to Eye Experts to get a new pair. Same problem with my vision. I went back in to talk to them about it and was told I would have to pay $30 for another exam

This was my first time ever going to them. I had no idea they were right around the corner from my house! The staff is very nice and the 2 people who helped me out in purchasing my glasses were so informational and helpful! I was feeling doubtful about the glasses I chose and without even knowing, the young lady complimented it and said they looked so cute on me so it definitely changed my mind about them! I was so happy with the services I received. Anytime I had a question about what my insurance covered, they were able to tell me without an attitude and huffing and puffing which I see in a lot

I've been coming here for years before it was moved to Eastchase area and before the name change. I've been a patient to both Dao and Bean but I'm switching elsewhere because I've had an contact order that I paid for go missing so I ended up having to pay twice andddd overall the customer service sucks now. People don't answer the phone, I waited 30 min in a doorway for someone to answer so that I can receive what I paid for. I understand covid restrictions but that doesn't mean you can be lazy and sacrifice customer service.

They overcharge your insurance and provided not detail cost for services. I tried them because they were close to home, but never again. I'll drive the distance for honest ethical service. To top it all off my brand new frames, just received fall off my face,🤦♀️ and I'm told there's nothing they can do about it. SMH never again.

This is the 3rd time in 10 days I've tried to pick up my glasses and they've closed early without notice. I called them the 3rd time to let them know I was coming, I got there 45 minutes before 6pm and they were closed again. I left work early for nothing, they need more responsible people working in the office. Dr. Bean is incredible though, cant say enough good things about her.

I had a really good experience there last Saturday but I have actually had several positive visits there over the years prior to. I was greeted immediately by no less than three people upon walking in. Everyone was nice, inquisitive, knowledgeable and they were good listeners. That is a very important quality to have. They addressed each of my concerns in the order that they needed to be addressed and while I was on the optometrist side of the building being tended to with overwhelming care and concern by Dr. Bean and her staff the lens technician was hard at work getting my prescription done on

Excellent experience for both myself and my six year old son. They are partnered with ZocDoc which made everything digital from patient history to request for an appointment to being a first time patient. Once with the doctor, I asked so many questions and scenarios, she was very engaged and took each question seriously. She was excellent with my son as well! I can't speak to the price, we got all the bells and whistles on all pairs I ordered. The glasses also came in early! I will definitely be going back. Thank you Eastchase Eye Experts.
