Same experience as most of the poor reviews and it’s been over a year of my last experience. I’m still very upset. After watching “Marketplace” Series about how these people take advantage of consumers I realized I should have written this review when it happened. Hopefully no one else is duped into using this office this as we were. Right next door to LensCrafters which was the only reason we used this office. I won’t be back.

Multiple problems, mostly with the front desk. I would not come this location EVER again. Their base expense is more expensive than any other clinic I have been to. My husband took my teens there and it ended up being the worst experience. Expect to need to ask every question on every detail before being seen by the optometrist.

The entire staff is incompetent. They will tell you your total will be X amount and once you leave their office they’ll call you and say is X amount now and you owe. Beware they will up charge you after you leave and do nothing to make their wrong doing right other than having excuses, such as being “short staffed”. Take your business elsewhere.

When I first came in the doctor/ owner gave me the wrong prescription. After wearing trials for a week and having major issues I came back and insisted they were incorrect. After having to advocate instead of her just listening we finally got the correct script. Now less than 2 yrs later I have moved to PA. I called to have my information sent to me. First I was told they couldn’t send the information because it was “expired”.
