Well, i wish I had looked at the reviews prior to spending 300+ on my baby girl's glasses. They broke after a month and this place has no warranty on a 5 year olds frames. They offered 50 percent off the frames to replace the BS ones they sold us a month ago. I will never spend 500 here again. I do not recommend them.

I stopped by last week to have a nose pad put on my glasses. I had to sign a release in case they broke my glasses. So they take no liability or responsibility! This tells me they have broken glasses. I signed it to find out the nose pad pair was $19! The pads just slip on! I bought the pair on Amazon for $7.50 and slipped them on myself.

Best eye care experience I’ve ever received! Dr. Lieske is very thorough and has excellent hospitality. She matched me with the perfect prescription for me. & Lexy helped me pick out my frames! She actually found the pair I decided to get and I love them. I will definitely recommend people to visit vision city from now on.

LGBT friendly, yeah it's a bit pricey but if you have been putting off eye care because of being afraid of how you will be treated, no worries here. The staff is sweet and understanding and very helpful picking new frames and making you feel comfortable. They were amazing helping me pick frames that look good and cute on me.

I am tired of putting glasses off and on all day and am trying to find the right solution for contacts. We haven't completely nailed it down, but Dr. Liske is working hard to help me find the right option. I have some darling glasses picked out as well for the days that contacts don't seem to be the best choice. A very kind office. Kudos to Mel and Lexi, they have both taken good care of me throughout the process.

Be prepared to fork over some cash if you haven't met your insurance deductible. Yes I am talking about medical not vision. They asked for my medical card info before my vision info before I even had my EYE exam. It was only mentioned that this may be switched to the medical side after the appointment was scheduled, and I was already on my way. Since the doctors are "specialists" at this location. The ends up being about $200. This is unfortunate because the staff is pleasant, and I had a good experience with them. Besides pricing out the most expensive options and sticking close to it.
