I normally don't write reviews but when an exceptional service is rendered it needs to be recognized and complemented. My key got stuck in my front door lock, wouldn't budge on a Friday night and I was lucky I got in touch with Joe. He answered my call as soon as I called, gave me an estimate and was here the morning after. What could have been an entire restructure of my lock, he fixed it instead and I got to keep my previous key. The price is very reasonable (it's post pandemic and all prices are up) and I was grateful to assume my normal Saturday after 10 minutes of his visit

Our front door latch has been semi-broken for years so I called Joe to see if he could diagnose the problem and determine if we needed to buy an entirely new deadbolt/latch set or if it could be repaired with just the necessary replacement parts. When I mentioned that it was a Schlage set, he told me that Schlage offers lifetime replacement parts and suggested that I call them.

I highly recommend Joe Joe's Lock and Key! I just purchased a new home and had to have my locks rekeyed. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the completion of the job, Joe was a pleasure to work with. Joe's professional, courteous and respectful demeanor was quite pleasant, unlike other locksmiths that behaved as if I was bothering them when I called for an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Joe arrived a few minutes early, came in rekeyed the locks in minutes and even provided extra keys.

The first time I called 4 local locksmiths and Joe Joe's was the most friendly and the least expensive. He came highly recommended from neighbors too, so I went with him. I appreciate his communication, friendly and helpful attitude, and work ethic.
The second time he came out to change my locks since the previous tenants left and I wasn't even in town. I knew I could trust him to do the job efficiently. Thanks again Joe!
