With over forty years of expertise in designing and making fine jewelry, Scott Reising Jewelers offers complete custom jewelry design, specializing in designing and making unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. The use of technology in fine jewelry has changed greatly over the past forty years. Today we often use CAD (Computer Aided Design) software so that the design can be visualized before it is made.
For almost four decades, Scott Reising Jewelers has been in the business of confidentially buying fine estate jewelry, watches, and diamonds. I have nothing but great things to say about Scott and Pam. I purchased an engagement ring from them and they walked me through everything and did an amazing job at listening to what I was looking for and keeping me in my budget. It would be a year later until purchasing wedding bands and they did a flawless job at getting us exactly what we wanted. They made the experience enjoyable in every way possible. Pam met with us multiple times to ensure that the details were just how we wanted them. We were on a strict budget and Pam worked with our ideas to create something amazing within that constraint. I recently had the best experience with Scott and Pam while looking for an engagement ring. The customer service and the high level of listening, communication, and professionalism really stood out. Pamela was very patient and a great guide throughout the process of designing a custom ring. Both with my fiancee Katie first, as well as the second time by myself, she took the time to explain everything we needed and wanted to know about the various options. From end to end the experience was very low pressure and never felt like she was trying to force a sale. She helped put together the perfect ring/diamond combination, and even after we got engaged, they agreed to change the diamond setting from a 6 prong to a 4 prong at no charge. My husband and I purchased an engagement ring and two wedding bands from Scott and Pamela in the past year. Pamela was so patient, kind, calm and easy to talk to. We came in knowing very little about diamonds, so Pamela took the time explain and show us all of the different cuts and varying levels of diamond quality. She patiently let me try on band after band. When I became indecisive, she took the pressure off the sale by showing me other interesting pieces they had in the store. Can't say enough good things about our experience with Scott Reising Jewelers. I'll tell our story since it's a but unique and highlights the service that separates them from others.
Last year my wife and I moved from Philly to Cinci. We were in town about 3 months before moving here (and about 2 months before our wedding) to house/apartment hunt. We'd been fairly busy up until then and hadn't gotten our wedding bands yet (oops). We figured we'd stop in here because if possible it would be nice to get them in the city we'd be spending the foreseeable future in. Best decision we made. Immediately

Great store and very helpful! I met with Scott and showed him my wife's wedding ring that needed to be repaired. It had to be cut off and well, let's just say it was a mess. Scott not only fixed the ring, but he cleaned it, polished it, and made it look like it was new! There is absolutely no indication that the ring had ever been cut, I was blown away. I had a great experience at the store, can't say enough great things about it.
