Both I and my wife had our wedding rings resized and in general fixed. After one month of my wife wearing her wedding ring she lost a diamond after one year of me wearing my wedding band I lost a diamond however I only wear my wedding band for special occasions like weddings, funerals, Christmas stuff like that most of time I wear a silicone band. They did replace the one that fell out of my wife's wedding ring but they were very reluctant to do so the people were very nice but I do not trust them with the quality of work with precious heirlooms

Based on the other reviews, my experience should come as no surprise. Monmouth jewelers does a fantastic job. They are well informed, kind, and helpful. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase or feel I had to spend more than my budget. If anything, Monmouth jewelers focused on working within my means to provide the best possible fit. One consultant-Jay- went above and beyond. I can honestly say it is worth the trip to Monmouth jewelers to receive excellent and personal care whilst supporting a family business!

Would recommend anyone searching for the perfect ring or piece of jewelry to stop here first. Ask for Jay, he's incredibly knowledgeable and great to work with, as has been my experience with the rest of the staff at Monmouth Jewelers as well. Jay helped create a one-of-a-kind engagement ring that my now wife has had so many compliments on, and was even able to help me select a wedding band with a more masculine gold exterior but rose gold on the inside to match my wife's rose gold band. They have a customer for life.

Ericka did an amazing job fixing a wedding ring which was damaged/bent. You could not even tell there has been any damage. I was so impressed!
