I've lived here for about two years and LOVED it! The property itself is beautiful, simple, quiet and tucked in a corner of East Denton - perfect if you're a student that doesn't really party or have a small family. The land nearby usually has some wildlife, so you can expect cottontails, cardinals, sometimes bats and armadillo, you might hear coyotes.
Prudence and her team are the best landlords I've had. As long as you communicate with them and respect them they will take care of you. Their staff has been helpful and straightforward with me and genuinely cares about their residents. I'm sad
