We've lived at LSR for 10 years and haven't any bad experiences Krystal, Rhonda and the entire staff has been very professional even during the Pandemic. We recently put in a work order and was told those items we're on back order and would be several weeks before they would be in. Krystal went with a different vendor and those items came and were installed only one week after we put in the work order. We recommend LSR to anyone looking for a nice place to live. After reading some of those reviews definitely nothing We've experienced here.

Krystal hired new maintenance men recently & they are absolute garbage employees. They are very disrespectful of the property. There is trash everywhere, all the time. They are constantly screaming at each other across the property to communicate. They talk poorly of Krystal to residents in their homes. The one in the cowboy hat expressed that he thought Krystal was not competent enough to manage a property... doesn't make you feel good about living somewhere knowing management may not have your best interest at heart. The maintenance men before them were AMAZING. They were very caring and thoughtful

We have been residents here for 5 years. One of the roomates wanted to get their own one bedroom unit within this complex. I had contacted the Assistant Manager Rhonda, a while back about what might be coming available. She went above and beyond for us by keeping me informed directly about the one bedroom unit in the complex coming available. They do a great job of keeping this complex clean, and the landscaping is done profressionally.

Do NOT live here!! Krystle the office manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She needs to be fired immediately because of the way she talks down on people, hangs up the phone just because she doesn’t want to deal with an issue, TALKS OVER PEOPLE, and lies. The management does not put any effort to fix issues as they occur and are consistently lazy and only want to steal more money from you. My mother-in-law parked in a visitor spot and was towed away within 5 minutes after helping to carry stuff in the apartment causing us to pay a tow company $350 to get the car back. The Apartment

I have been living at this property for 6 years. The office staff is really cool and the maintenance crew is great.
It's a great place to live and the location is perfect especially if you're a single parent and your children will be attending the local Elementary, Middle and or High Schools.
They have recently updated their gym equipment. I miss all of the community parties and monthly community dinners .
I understand we had a pandemic but I miss the free meals.

A friend applied and put down security deposit and application fee. Application was denied and said a previous rent was deliberately withheld from the application. She was made aware and paid off this debt. The fact that this shady business practice has happened, would cause to give me pause in giving this company my business or hard earned money. I will spread this factual info on every social media platform I can, my friends will spread it, and even the news media outlets will be made aware.

I have been living here since around 2006... The grounds of this apartment are kept and beautiful. The apartment staff ( Krystal and Rhonda) have always worked with me, and sometimes I feel like their problem child. They have rules, and they enforce them ... which is the way it should be to keep some kind of order. Someone always answers, when I call, and the prices are not so bad! I have had next to 0 problems here. I had a little trouble at the beginning of covid. They have been most patient with my situation! I truly will miss this place, should I leave... Awesome place to live going through
