Jason did an amazing job! He caught a pretty serious roof leak that previous inspectors had missed/hadn't mentioned to the sellers. Because of this and the way that he wrote the report (connected other issues to roof as well), we were able to negotiate a new roof prior to closing! This guy knows his stuff and was incredibly efficient and detail oriented. We had our report emailed to us by 6am the next day. We will definitely be recommending him and using him for any future home inspections.

Worthy inspector, but failed to include important details in the inspection causing delays and eventual cancellation of home offer. 1.75" sag in basement trusses not even worth mentioning in the report, despite spending over an hour measuring and verbally and visually showing to be a major issue? 2 weeks lost. He knows his stuff but judgement is very questionable.

Jason was extremely thorough, spent a lot of time going through the home and had everything we talked about on the report! He really knows his stuff and saved us from loosing a ton of money on a home that looked good but had tons of hidden problems! We will be using him for the next house for sure! Highly recommend, plus he was one of the best prices!
