Jim is very informative. He explained things that he would be looking at during the inspection. He pointed out any major concerns and by the end of that day, we had a detailed description with several pictures of all the aspects he reviewed during the inspection. He helped ease some of the stress of being first time homeowners of an older home. He was extremely professional and provided good quality work at an affordable price. I definitely recommend Whiteglove Inspection!

Jim did a home inspection for us that was like none other I've ever had experience. He was very professional and thorough. He explained and showed us the good, bad and ugly. His final report is extremely detailed. So detailed that he provides a 2nd condensed version as well. I don't think you will find a better inspector in the state of Wisconsin!

Jim was amazing!!! I usually end up picking the "wrong" person for things and have bad experiences but not this time! He arrived before I even got there (which was on time) and was up on the roof started. Very polite, friendly and explained things after each portion of the way. His print up of the inspection was sent amazingly fast. Faster than I expected. Great detail . He explained things that even I could understand. :) made me feel very assured with him doing the inspection. No need to second guess if you have chosen the right inspector. He was so timely in responses and scheduling. Gets 10

As first time home buyers, Jim was exactly the type of person we were looking for to do our inspection. Not only was he thorough but he also answered all of our questions along the way without hesitation. We told Jim this was our first home inspection so he was sure to let us know about everything he was looking at throughout the inspection. His reports were thorough and included pictures. Extremely thorough inspection with easy to understand but detailed report. Very flexible and easy to work with. Would absolutely reccommend choosing them for your home inspection needs. Very affordable pricing for the services he provides. We had the radon test done as well and he went the extra step to recommend services to address the problem which was appreciated but definitely not necessary.
