We have been with them for about 16 years when they were with Esposito and associates. We had a fire in one half of our duplex and Karen took care of everything with the bank, insurance company, contractors, purchasing etc. wouldn’t go any where else.
Always on top of everything. Getting tenants, background checks, any repairs needed etc.
Great job

They have been extremely awesome to my family. The owner of the home we are currently in decided to sell the home. They gave us plenty of notice, worked with us to try to purchase the home, and when we were unable to purchase at this time they even had a wonderful place for us to transition to. Any issue we have had at the current home they have fixed immediately! They respond rather quickly to our needs and have worked with us a couple of months that financial emergencies have caused a late payment. We plan to go through them to buy a home in the next year or so. They are great!

Do yourself a favor a net deal with this company. They lie. The try to swindle you out of money. I am a single mom supporting myself and two kids alone. Everytime I went in they wanted more money and rebuffed on promises of early move in dates etc, resulting in thousands of dollars in collateral fanfare like additional storage charges, additional hotel fees etc. the office manager is useless and either has dementia or is a flat out liar. Beware!

If I could give them a lower rating I would. Very unprofessional. No phone calls or emails were received from this company after multiple contact attempts. The agent didn’t introduce herself upon meeting my family and I at the home. The agent was 15 minutes late for the appointment and when she did arrive she sat in her vehicle for her a few extra minutes. When she finally got out of her vehicle she was very unorganized and proceeded to attempt to get items out of the back of her truck. She was too short to reach some of the items and tried to ask my family and I to do get the items for her

If your apartment complex is managed by these people and you need something from them - give up and don’t waste your time. They’ll say the road needs to be repaved twice a year causing the residents a huge amount of inconvenience, but obviously makes them lots of money... BUT if you need a key fob re-activated or a new gate entry clicker - forget about it! You need forms signed, emails sent, hoops jumped through, and then they tell you that they can’t give it to you as the tenant and that the property owner needs to come and do all this (mine lives in California, so how likely do you think
