Extremely bad service and the leasing office never picks up their phone. The main office booked appointment for 3 days later and after showing up the leasing office in apt is closed and nobody responds correctly. Two of my friends also don't recommended this to me but I wanted to give them a chance. NOT Recommended.

Very cute apartment building not to big not to small def a sense of community. Sam was amazing! Very friendly and had a great attitude and positive personality he had assisted me at the crossings as well.

This place has been a total mess after new management took over and name it Element Apartment. I lived here 8 years and decided to move out after the property was taken over by new management. Their response times are awfully slow for any maintenance. Apartment manager is never available on phone to talk. There is washer and dryer installed in each apartment (decision taken by management without asking people who live in here) but at the same time utilities went up by $150 per month. Swimming pool does not work after take over. There is no clean up in the common areas of the property and you will
