Disappointing.
The office hasn't returned a single call I’ve made to them since December. I’ve had to simply show up at the office in order to talk to anyone. I've been very patient but it has been three months since my last eye appointment and I still have no contacts to try and the pair of glasses I spent more money than I’ve ever spent on glasses, is sitting somewhere in their office. They were sent back to the lab once because they didn’t work for me, but I took them back to the office again since they still were not right. Instead of returning any of my money or ordering a new pair

I’ve been going to Dr Kallmann’s office for years. Karen has been so great to work with and she now has a new Optometrist, Dr. Sura Hassan who has been wonderful to work with. They are both friendly, knowledgeable and they work with me and my insurance. They also have a great clerical staff.

Dr. Kallmann treated my cantankerous 90 year old father-in-law. He liked her! She was gentle, kind and direct with him. He received the best service and a new pair of glasses. He is happy and satisfied. He can see now!

This is the best place I love it they always let me know when it’s is time for my yearly checkup. Dr Karen is awesome and so are her receptionists I love them..

She diagnosed a problem created poorly fitted contact lenses by Kaiser and had me healed up in no time. Have always been completely satisfied with all my prescription updates.

Dr Kallmann has been my optometrist since 2001. During that time she has treated me for a number of eye related issues. I was graced with poor vision and she has patiently taken me through a variety of corrective options. I'm so grateful for her patients and willingness to take the time to find the right solution. I went to an Opthamoligist recently and he paid Dr. Kallmann the biggest compliment. He told me I was using all the BEST products for my eyes!

I started seeing Dr. Kallmann in 2007 for my first pair of glasses but my family has been going to her for years and years. She is such a wonderful woman; very sweet and kind and always makes you feel incredibly welcomed in her office.

Today I saw Dr. Hussan for the first time and she was just as warm and lovely. We chatted while she did the different tests for my eyes and she made me feel super comfortable.

I really appreciate everyone in their office for being professional, sweet and very kind to my family and I for so many years and I don't see myself going anywhere else.

I feel fortunate to have had such a great experience with Dr. Kallmann over the years. She's been my optometrist for over a decade, and Dr. K and the med/optom assistants have been taking care of me and my glasses-wearing family for years. Of all the places to get taken advantage of I got taken at eye doctors. I was told I should get pic of the back of my eyes because of a Illness I had. I assumed they were covered by my insurance. All the fee's were explained to after everything was done. I ended up paying $79. When I left it hit me why did I pay so much. So I called & I understood the first $40. Dr. Kallmann is AMAZING!! I started wearing glasses when I was 7, contacts at 15, and developed glaucoma at 33. At 58 my eyes have become really dry. The prescriptions for contacts the other doctors gave me were awful. The lenses hurt my eyes and I could not read street signs when I drove. My eyes were completely bloodshot. Dr. Kallmann is the third optometrist I've been to this year. She got my eyes feeling so GOOD! First, they tested my eyes on their high-tech equipment - so thorough!!! They even took my blood pressure!!

I recently got contact lenses from Dr.Karen, and I was again very happy her service and with the office. I have been a patient for about 8 years and she and her staff have been nothing but professional and friendly every time I've been there. Last year I was able to pick out sunglasses from a huge variety of frames that she had. And her office manager spent time helping me find just the right ones. I'm happy to spread the word about how good she is and I don't hesitate to recommend her.

Keeps getting worse. I love the fact that Dr. Kallman is an artist, she seems to be good at what she does but her front office staff take the ratings way down for us. My daughter had to call at least 3 times to get someone to call her back for an appt. The frustration began there and just got worse. Contacts were never sent (as promised). Called to find out what the problem was, their mistake, sent them overnight. Got the WRONG PRESCRIPTION. Went back to rectify and it just got worse. It's as if there weren't any notes or references to what had happened in the doctors appt. or any of

I haven't been for an appointment specifically for me but I've taken both kids here and my husband goes here to be seen. First, Kudos for being so kid friendly. My kids were a little bit overwhelmed by the experience but she let us come back for a second appointment. Also, my husband's glasses had a defect that developed a few days short of a year after he got them and they replaced the frames for free.
