When I had to bury my mama this was the first place I chose, my sister in law found 3 places close to the family home and this was the most affordable....I had never had to make such big family decisions on my own before...from the time I called to inquire Mrs.Brock, the funeral director was there to answer and stayed by my side throughout the entire process... I talked to her daily til my mom was buried and even a little after, sometimes hanging up and calling right back with another question..She immediately worked with my budget, making suggestions and giving me feedback to my decisions.. This place is the worst very unprofessional and so not worth what the expensive rate for the service they provided. We asked to have flowers they arrived super late we asked for candles and they gave us 2 cheap 1$ candles. They don’t deserve the 1 star given. We expect in hard times of loosing a love one to count on a reliable funeral home and nothing that they promise to do when we paid they did at the time of the funeral. I don’t recommend this place at all find a professional reliable place

They were very professional and caring in providing all aspects of service for my son. They did an excellent job coordinating with an out of state company for internment. My questions were answered as well as walking me through what to expect from the state. I appreciate how sensitive they were for my loss.

If I could give it no stars I would. These people are unprofessional and will take your money and give you no service.. Very rude, very shady swindlers. My father's resting in peace is still not possible yet because of these ppl, who had been paid over a month ago and still have not given us the remains of my father or a death certificate. And Vanessa Chavez is right, they don't answer their phone, return calls and will lie to you and tell you they will call you back if you do reach them. There's a special place in hell for ppl like these
